Excellent experience with NuBorn! Jamie was lovely, helpful, and extremely efficient, and Abraham was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. I was especially impressed with the detailed service report. Highly recommend NuBorn for their excellent work and customer service!
I am very happy with their fantastic service especially representative Jaiden. Jaiden idenrified 4 new rodent nests and treated all nests and strategically placed four poision controlled traps on my property and four on my neighbor's by their garbage can stand. I tip my hat to owner of NuBorn Pest Control Joel.…
On a recent visit I was told that the mice could eat through the foam sealant. On the initial visit that foam sealant was applied by technician and owner was encouraged to continue using. Providing information which seems at best ineffective does not seem like good customer service.
Osvaldo was wonderful. He was patient, explained what he was doing, listened to me, and made sure the treatment was safe for my kids. Would definitely want him to come back!
NuBorn’s kind and understanding staff, particularly Destiny, as well as their caring, expert exterminator, Aman (sp.?) turned a frightening experience into a hopeful one! Many thanks to them! J Stano Bronxville, NY
Best pest control company I've ever used. After using other companies that were ineffective, I turned to Nuborn and they did not disappoint! I use them to service my 7 rentals in both Westchester and the city. The technicians are very knowledgeable anytime I asked a question. The office reps are also super friendly…
Carlos was so helpful and really thorough. He answered all of my questions and payed extra attention to each area I expressed concern. He also found a few holes that we never would have caught and gave some great prevention tips for other seasons. We feel much more at ease after his visit. Highly recommend!
Teddy was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The team had a quick response time and made sure that we felt comfortable at the end of the service.
Great service! Oswardo was terrific!
Teddy was great, he answered my questions thoroughly and was incredibly helpful! Great experience overall.
This is the 2nd time I've used them, the 1st was when we 1st bought the house in 2017 it had a roach issue. The exterminator came once and luckily haven't seen a roach as of yet. The second during this pandemic was a mice issue, something i wanted to handle but was now affecting my tenant. The exterminator came asap…
Teddy was very helpful in giving us advice on how to trap our mouse!
The exterminator Armando, where there were rat hole he inserted rat poison and used my steel wool and I covered the hole with wood filler. Armando was pleasant, helpful, and patient and this apartment is big. I would definitely recommend him again.
Osaldo relieved my mice anxiety by answering all of my questions and suggesting some helpful solutions.
I consulted with Teddy. He was knowledgeable, friendly and proactive in identifying a solution for my home. I will follow his recommendation.
Wonderful, friendly, professional service! Addressed any and all issues we were concerned about.
Teddy & team have been great! They call before they arrive to inform us when they are coming to service. When they arrive they are attentive and listen to our concerns. They give us ideas and provide great solutions to our problems! Highly recommend them!
the best Exterminator Osvaldo
Technician DaShawn was superb. We had a Rat infestation (90% of our issue). He went to each apartment; checked behind refrigerators; behind stoves and throughout the cellar. More importantly, he asked many questions to each Tenant, explained what to do before the next visit and knocked out the Rat problem in one…
Prompt, professional service. Waiting to see how effective it is.
