On a recent visit I was told that the mice could eat through the foam sealant. On the initial visit that foam sealant was applied by technician and owner was encouraged to continue using. Providing information which seems at best ineffective does not seem like good customer service.

Carlos was so helpful and really thorough. He answered all of my questions and payed extra attention to each area I expressed concern. The exterminator Armando, where there were rat hole he inserted rat poison and used my steel wool and I covered the hole with wood filler. Armando was pleasant, helpful, and patient and this apartment is big. I would definitely recommend him again.
