On a recent visit I was told that the mice could eat through the foam sealant. On the initial visit that foam sealant was applied by technician and owner was encouraged to continue using. Providing information which seems at best ineffective does not seem like good customer service.
Osvaldo was wonderful. He was patient, explained what he was doing, listened to me, and made sure the treatment was safe for my kids. Would definitely want him to come back!

Carlos was so helpful and really thorough. He answered all of my questions and payed extra attention to each area I expressed concern. He also found a few holes that we never would have caught and gave some great prevention tips for other seasons. We feel much more at ease after his visit. Highly recommend!

This is the 2nd time I've used them, the 1st was when we 1st bought the house in 2017 it had a roach issue. The exterminator came once and luckily haven't seen a roach as of yet. The exterminator Armando, where there were rat hole he inserted rat poison and used my steel wool and I covered the hole with wood filler. Armando was pleasant, helpful, and patient and this apartment is big. I would definitely recommend him again.
