NuBrakes Mobile Brake Repair

It is very rarely that I publish a review, and even more so that it is 5-stars. From receiving a quote, to the inspection, and finally to the finished job, NuBrakes was extremely helpful and polite. Not to mention, they finished the job in less than an hour. This was so convenient!

Really glad I stumbled upon this company! Great service and timely communication from the original online estimate to the incredibly quick brake pads replacement! Dominique texted when he was on his way to my house, called when he arrived, and was very courteous and personable. He explained the work he would do,… Read full review

Great and easy service, from setting up the appointment to having the service completed!!! I will be using them again and referring all family and friends.

I contacted NuBrakes because my brakes had started grinding and I was worried about driving any further. Josh arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue right away, and replaced my brakes efficiently. He was knowledgeable, professional and took the time to explain what had caused the problem. Pricing was fair and the… Read full review

Fantastic experience from initial booking to payment! They make the process so easy and efficient. Plus the pricing was better than brick and mortar brake shops I got quotes from-by a good bit! Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone!

Jay was on time, educational, and observant. Great service and quality work. Quick too!

This is my third time using NuBrakes, and each experience has been consistently excellent. The service is professional, and the quality of the products is outstanding. I truly appreciate the convenience of having my brakes replaced while I'm at work, it makes managing my day so much easier.

Quality service 💪🏽

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing stellar customer service from the NuBrakes team, especially from technician Dominique, who came to me as part of their mobile mechanic service. From the moment he arrived, Dominique was warm and welcoming, making me feel at ease right away. He was incredibly timely,… Read full review

I had their service twice in 7 months. After each time I had the sa.e problems. Noisy brakes . They refuse to fix problems. Say because I do doordash they won't have warranty. I understand if it came up in a month or two, but this goes on right after I got new front brakes both times. I would not recommend

As soon as the technician arrived, everything felt professional and smooth. He took the time to explain the process clearly and even offered to check a few other things while he was there. He walked me through what to expect in terms of wear and tear on the brake pads, and the whole job was done in under 30 minutes.… Read full review

Super convenient and easy! My brakes were grinding and the last thing I wanted to do was drive my car somewhere. I was able to work from home while they worked in my driveway. Made a next day appt for new brakes. Michael explained everything before working on my car and finished within the hour. Great company and service

What a great concept backed up by great service! Instead of spending time waiting for the repairs at a shop, or organizing rides to and from, NuBrakes comes to you. I was able to work in my office the entire time. And the technician, Josh, couldn’t have been more professional or personable! I fully recommend this… Read full review

Setting up the appointment was easy, done by text. Being able to get the repairs done at my home was a major help, I didn’t need to stop working to take it in to the shop. The work was quality.

Michael was great! Fast and very personable. Thank you so much!

I am fairly new to the area, so I was very hesitant when it came to finding a person or business to help me with my brakes. I found this company, and no matter how many other places I looked they always popped up, so once I finally took a look into Their reviews and what they could provide for me. I saw amazing… Read full review
