Quality service 💪🏽

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing stellar customer service from the NuBrakes team, especially from technician Dominique, who came to me as part of their mobile mechanic service. I had their service twice in 7 months. After each time I had the sa.e problems. Noisy brakes . They refuse to fix problems. Say because I do doordash they won't have warranty. I understand if it came up in a month or two, but this goes on right after I got new front brakes both times. I would not recommend

As soon as the technician arrived, everything felt professional and smooth. He took the time to explain the process clearly and even offered to check a few other things while he was there. He walked me through what to expect in terms of wear and tear on the brake pads, and the whole job was done in under 30 minutes.… Read full review
