The Nu break experience was good, I thought the tech, was unprofessional, he pulled into my driveway with a cigarette hanging out is mouth, got out of his van and continued to smoke it, and blowing smoke like he was in the comfort of his home while talking to me.... SMDH.

I am once again very pleased with my Nubrakes experience. The Tech arrived well within the expected time frame, sent a text when in route, and called when arrived. He diagnosed the problem and completed the work in under an hour. He was very professional and thorough. I highly recommend Nubrakes!

To make an appointment for brakes is not as easy as it sounds. I called a few local shops (for 2 days) and their voicemails were full 🫤. The technician was honest, pointing out the reason why our brakes seemed to be chattering, without falsely changing what are apparently good brakes. Instead, our tie rod bushings are shot and need replacement. Thanks for the accurate diagnosis!

Technician was rude. I had new brake pads and rotors installed. I was told parts were new. I had Honda check them and they said parts were sub standard and the pads were causing hot spots on the rotors. Hot spots will damage the rotors. So now they have to come out and replace the pads. I won't be using Nubrakes again. And I do not recommend them.

This service is so convenient and a complete life saver. Chris was a tech and was very informative and on time. Told me what was recommended I only needed brake pads my rotors still looked great. I will definitely recommend this quick easy service again and will recommend others to use your service as well thanks Nubrakes
