We've only had a diagnostic so far, but the technician Adlan was awesome. We were super impressed so far. We hope to see him again for the repair. UPDATE: the 5 ton ac unit works so well and more efficiently than before. office got cold very quickly after the complex controller board assessment and replacement.…
The best in service, as always! Thanks, David and team
After 18 years our Air Conditioning System failed. We, of course, called Nur HVAC and were glad to see Islam again. He rapidly diagnosed that the AC compressor failed and had to be replaced. However, the AC system was so old that the compressor only had a 1 year warranty and the refrigerant in use 18 years ago is…
Adlan was so professional, knowledgeable and an excellent technician. Glad we called!!!
Phenomenal Service – Furnace Replacement & Heat Pump Installation! I can’t say enough good things about the team at Nur HVAC! They recently installed a brand-new AC heat pump system for us and replaced our old gas furnace, and the experience was top-tier from start to finish. The installation was completed with…
I highly recommend Islam from Nur HVAC to anyone needing reliable AC work. My AC went out and I had three different HVAC companies come by to look at it. None of them could fix the problem, and one company tried to tell me I needed a whole new zone board and two new dampers for several thousand dollars. Islam came…
Adlan was exceptional. Very knowledgeable and interesting. Service was outstanding. I actually learned a few things. He gave me some great tips on how to make my system work more efficiently. He communicated beforehand & was on time. What a great employee! I would hire him again in a heartbeat!
Timely arrival. Quick problem identification. Quick resolution. Competent and kind human. Highly recommend.
We had 2 HVAC units that needed attention. Adnan the technician was excellent. He clearly explained possible causes, walked me through the process, showed me and explained the readings from the various diagnostic tools, and got both systems working properly. He also made some suggestions for the best filters to use…
I had a great experience all around with Nur HVAC. Scheduling with Regina was a breeze, and Adlan, our technician, was fantastic. Adlan quickly diagnosed and fixed an issue with our 20 year old AC unit on the spot without trying to upsell anything. Beyond the quick repair, he took the time to walk me through his…
Very happy with the overall experience. Repair of the compressor unit, faulty switch. Quickly identified and replaced. Technician helped discussing other topics like A/C vent noise and sizing, filter replacement and future plans.
The best! Our technician Islam D was professional, on time, efficient and most importantly he did incredible work! He was able to locate and fix a leak in our split system that several other companies have been unable to repair. Highly recommended.
Adlan at Nur is very professional, honest, and did a thorough job. I will not hesitate to use him again
Adlan is a pleasure to work with. He's knowledgeable and clearly tries to do the best, most effective repair for the lowest cost.
From appointment making to resolution of A/C issue the service was fantastic.
Easy and quick scheduling. Good communication throughout. Technician arrived on time and provided prompt service. Clearly explained what he would be doing and how long it would take. Gave two options for the fix. After the repair, he checked to make sure everything worked as expected.
Aldan is knowledgeable and very helpful. He came on time and did a thorough job. He explains every steps and future plans

Speedy estimate and thorough quote but price was a little too high.
Excellent job in all aspects of the project (heat pump installation), from proposal, planning, and execution.
Outstanding. Michael was ontime, professional, got appointment quickly, he diagnosed problem quickly on the hottest day of the heat wave, had the part in his vehicle, replaced it, the a/c blew cold (40F) as was over 10 years old, check gas pressure and gave me advice how to buy cleaning materials for my A/C to…
