Very good work and on time.
We had spoken with a few other companies before signing on with Nur HVAC. Turns out going with them was a really good decision. Nice people and generally, very responsive. We dealt mostly with Artur - he was helpful and easy to deal with. The price was quite good as well. Highly recommended.
Adlan was very knowledgeable about HVAC units and parts helped educate us for future maintenance .Fast efficient and a great service company for your heater . Clear communication and a nice guy as well, we just used him to install a new heater.

Not understand why the thermostate shows 73 but set temperature is 70. The bed room temperature is 2 degrees lower than remote. The tech replaced my filter indoor unit but there had no other work. Is it normal? york chen
