I had a ducted heat pump system installed in the majority of my house, and a ductless mini-split installed in my family room. The workers were friendly, efficient, thorough and neat. They addressed all of my concerns.

Islam from Nur HVAC was pleasant and he worked on condensate pump replacement on one unit and cleaning on another unit in separate days. The job was completed as requested. The price was just right not too expensive. The back office was responsive and efficient in scheduling and communicating updates.

I appreciate Elijah, Fedor and Shalai for their good service on the HVAC work in my main house and ADU. They also worked long hours to finish ahead of time to accommodate me and my family’s vacation schedule. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs HVAC work. Thanks again.

Was not able to determine cause of failed mini-split AC but didn't charge diagnosis fee either. Not sure if this is 2 or 3 ⭐.
