We had a great experience with Nur HVAC for our furnace maintenance. Alexey and the team were professional and helpful in arranging a convenient appointment. The technician arrived on time, worked efficiently, and explained what he observed. The final price was exactly the amount quoted upfront, and we received a…
Adlan C. was our technician and was very helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. I would recommend NUR HVAC to others as a trustworthy service provider.
The best in service, as always! Thanks, David and team
Adlan is very nice and thorough with his explanations.
Phenomenal Service – Furnace Replacement & Heat Pump Installation! I can’t say enough good things about the team at Nur HVAC! They recently installed a brand-new AC heat pump system for us and replaced our old gas furnace, and the experience was top-tier from start to finish. The installation was completed with…
I was very pleased with the service. Booking was easy, and the technician Alexey did a wonderful job. He was detailed and gave me information about the service.
Adlan was exceptional. Very knowledgeable and interesting. Service was outstanding. I actually learned a few things. He gave me some great tips on how to make my system work more efficiently. He communicated beforehand & was on time. What a great employee! I would hire him again in a heartbeat!
This visit was a maintenance check on our 2 mini splits that were installed about 18 months previous . Islam D showed me how to clean the filters ( which was easy ) and he inspected the unit on our roof. The visit was prompt, professional and informative as I had several questions on the workings of the mini…
Alexey was extremely easy to work with, courteous and technically competent. He communicated well and in detailed fashion. I felt well taken care of.
Great Service, Fair price.
I had a great experience all around with Nur HVAC. Scheduling with Regina was a breeze, and Adlan, our technician, was fantastic. Adlan quickly diagnosed and fixed an issue with our 20 year old AC unit on the spot without trying to upsell anything. Beyond the quick repair, he took the time to walk me through his…
Adlan is very responsive, knowledgeable and professional, great service and communication. Highly recommended.
Job well done. Adlan was very thorough and explained things very clearly.
I have worked with Adlan from NUR HVAC for 2 years. I appreciate how calmly he works and his transparency in communication.
The technician was helpful, polite, skilled, explained patiently, made helpful recommendations. I have only gotten the maintenance today, so I am unable to comment on "durability" of service. Next change recommended in 2 years, given furnace is relatively new
Evacuated and added refrigerant to the system. Quick and efficient.
Fast response time and good results
I called Nur HVAC to get help with an A/C unit that was no longer cooling. They sent out staff within 24 hours and provided prompt, courteous, and professional service. Would definitely recommend!
Adlan just completed a full residential furnace and a/c system maintenance. Happy to say he performed a very thorough job. He diagnosed and fixed a dead vent. All proper measurements were taken and he dug in deep to check all the components. 100% happy with the service.
Love the team at Nur. Islam D. Is super friendly, confident and easy to communicate with. Another great maintenance check up and servicing. Thank you Nur for your dependable, seamless service. Im so glad I chose to work with them. I'm in good hands! 💯🙏
