Shawn came over and explained why I was getting gunk buildup in my drain. He didn't charge me anything, gave me helpful information about how to solve it immediately in the short term and a longer term solution as well
They don't try to sell us on more than we need, and will bundle work together instead of nickel and dimeing. Work comes out clean, and they've give good information on what is going on with our plumbing.
