Mr. Shawn was awesome, was clear and concise and gave me important feedback and an estimate on my plumbing issues with professionalism and enthusiasm Thanks again O&M Plumbing
Andrew was always in communication since he was on his way, he explained every detail of what he was doing, he cleaned everything afterwards. Great service!!
Shawn helped us this time with a clogged drain. He arrived on time with a big smile on his face and got right to the job which he completed in no time using his snake. Very helpful and friendly man! We told him our 12 yr water tank was due to be replaced in 2027 and to give us some estimates and he sent us 3 in…
Very prompt, personable and professional. Thank you!
Shawn made short work of the blockage in our kitchen sink! We’ve had someone else look at this problem before and clearly we should have called O&M. They came out sooner than scheduled, were extremely professional, thorough and left no mess. Didn’t try to upsell me and I got a 3 month guarantee. Thank you!
Shawn came over and explained why I was getting gunk buildup in my drain. He didn't charge me anything, gave me helpful information about how to solve it immediately in the short term and a longer term solution as well
They don't try to sell us on more than we need, and will bundle work together instead of nickel and dimeing. Work comes out clean, and they've give good information on what is going on with our plumbing.
Responsive, professional and friendly. Andrew knows his trade and is great to work with!!! Thank you O&M Plumbing!
I highly recommend. Great price tech really friendly, knowledgeable and informative. He let me know exactly what’s going on and made sure I paid only for the services I actually needed. I will use them again.
Had multiple great experiences with Andrew! Would certainly recommend!
Andrew is very knowledgeable & personable. Highly satisfied and recommend!
I found O&M via AI search for fairest prices in Austin and known for not upselling. Given we had sewage pouring out of our broken sump pump and toilets not flushing, we had no clue what we were up against. Two other plumbers came to upsell us new very costly sump pump. But O+M saved the day - specifically Sean,…
O & M Plumbing Services always shows up on time, they are professional and courteous.
Landon showed on time and was very knowledgeable. He recommended a course of action that was a refreshing change from the other plumbers I’ve spoken with.
Excellent. On time. Knowledgable. My job did not require the use of special equipment so cost was reduced from the original quote.
I really love how helpful and professional this family owned company is! Chris did such a good job cleaning out our shower drains!
O & M responded very quickly, and arranged a convenient time with my tenant. Landon diagnosed and explained what caused water to back up into the kitchen sink and dishwasher. He gave me options and then took care of the problem. In addition, the work is guaranteed for a year. I'm very impressed with this company and my tenants are happy too.
Showed up on time. Very happy with the results.
Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable!

Awesome experience. Thank you so much!

I am very happy with the work done by Landen from O&M Plumbing. It was easy to schedule on their website and Landen showed up when expected. He explained what needed to be done and what it would cost. I appreciate his expertise and quick work to solve our problems. Thank you!

So prompt, friendly, and just excellent work. Helped us troubleshoot problems and gave us advice in addition to fixing our plumbing problems. We cannot recommend them enough.
Absolutely the BEST!!! O&M saved the day again! Highly recommend! Thank you for always being professional and taking the time to explain everything.
2024 May: O&M to rescue again! The backyard faucet has been persistent problem for several years and lately our water hose became fused to the faucet. I contacted O&M to replace the hose bib and vacuum breaker. Alex and Aaron came over and performed that task. As always, they patiently answered all my questions and…
Mike, Ben and Enrique are fantastic! Not only did they take the time to explain everything to me and make sure I understood it, but they also told me preventative maintenance to avoid the same issue happening again. I’ve had the same issue inside my men’s bathroom for over a year. This is the first company to come…
These guys are the BEST! I had next day service, on time, did their work quickly and efficiently. O & M Plumbing will always be my speed dial plumbers!
We had a problem with a drain clearing in the kitchen. Easy to make an appointment, arrived on time, friendly and very competent staff. We heartily endorse this company!
Antonio came out 30 minutes early, which was great for me, and he worked for 3 hours clearing a clog in main line and detected 2 breaks in my pipe. O&M scheduled to come back for the break repair in 2 days. I'm very happy with their service.
Very professional men that knew what they were doing. Felt Comfortable with the experience today. I highly recommend O & M Plumbing Services and would call them again. Warm Regards, T. Thompson
Antonio came and explained what he was going to do in detail and proceeded to do the job. During this he used a camera and showed me what was stopping up my drain. He was very professional and knowledgeable great job guys.
