This is a great company! Chris stopped by and told us what we needed and provided an estimate. He is professional, courteous and respectful. We scheduled a time the next week. He was on time and completed the work. O & M was easy to work with. We recently worked with the owner, Ben I think, and he is honest…
They did a wonderful job putting in our water filter and walked me through what they were going to do that I could understand. They were efficient and payed attention to detail.
Andrew was awesome! Knowledgeable and courteous. Took pride in cleaning up behind himself. Will use this company again for plumbing issues.
Hands down the best plumbers out there! I have used O&M for over a decade and Ben and his team have never failed to take care of our needs in a prompt and efficient manner. Highly recommend!
Shawn came out twice within the last week to install a new kitchen faucet, garbage disposer, sink drain and Master Bath toilet. He did an AMAZING job and was great to work with.
Ben was on time, very knowledgeable and was able to complete our sink install, gas line relocation and disposal install the same day. Definitely recommend these guys.
Shaun was great, i highly recommend.
I had a kitchen sink that developed a leak. I Googled for a "plumber near me", and ultimately decided on O&M Plumbing Services (Landen). Everything except the kitchen sink itself was replaced (faucet, sprayer, drain hardware and pipes). They were quick to respond, professional and did excellent work. I…
Landen was very professional and knowledgeable! Highly recommended!
Quick scheduling. Showed up on time. Very fair price. Chris did good work. Repaired a tub faucet where the copper stub was too short… had just been capped. Soldered on a threaded extension and installed the faucet. I eventually ended up removing the caulk & tightening the faucet to get it closer to the tile, then…
Andrew was prompt and efficient. We discussed the plumbing issue and he gave me an no pressure estimate
I had the longest saga w a faucet replacement. Then asked my neighbors who recommended O&M. While it wasn't all great news since they ended up needing to go into the wall. Larry handled the updates well. His work was great and he answered my many questions. Easy call to use Larry and O&M in the future
It’s so reassuring to have found such a wonderful group of professionals that we can rely on! Everyone we’ve ever interacted with at O&M has taken great pride in a job well done. I wish it were possible to give even more stars! 2/25 UPDATE: Ben and crew are still the best!!! Four new faucets and a water heater repair all completed beautifully. Thank you!
O&M Plumbing services did an excellent job installing a new sink, faucet & disposal. They were very professional, skilled & priced fairly. They even went above and beyond in replacing small parts we didn't realize we needed. We highly recommend & will use them again if ever needing plumbing services.
The team was fast and did a great job. Will work with them again
We had a few estimates for a large amount of work. Ben was thorough, detailed, reasonable, and very insightful/informative. He knows his craft well and makes recs and suggestions that are very helpful. He started and is working on a huge scope of all bathroom and kitchen remodels as well as bathroom addition.
Antonio was super helpful and did a wonderful job with stop-valve replacement and faucet installation. Took him time to review the work done and made sure all was good. Very professional and responsive. Highly recommend.
My second experience with O&M: both have been outstanding. Plumbing is one of those things you hope not to have to require but it's sure nice to know, if you do need a plumber, O&M is there. Keep up the good work.
Installed dishwasher, new faucet and fixed a valve - excellent service!
We've used O & M twice now on many different projects from sewer line repairs after foundation repair to installation of new toilets, faucets, etc. They are communicative, polite and do really quality work. I also recommended their services to my neighbor and they had a great experience.
Alex and his colleague did a great job with my recent plumbing work. They were both professional and worked efficiently to get the job done right. And after a long day of work, they even took a look at my shower to increase our water pressure. Not only did they do that, they found a loose connection that was likely…
Would highly recommend O&M plumbing! They did a beautiful job, and get straight to work. Had the initial meet and install in the same day! I appreciate their turnaround time, and professionalism!
Second time we’ve used O&M and won’t be the last. They do a great job communicating ahead of time, are on time, courteous and professional, and do great work. Five stars!
We've used O&M twice now for plumbing repairs. Both times they were fast, friendly, and the result was exactly what wanted.
