Today Andrew came out to my house and installed a pressure reducing valve and a new house shut off valve. I was quoted a price over the phone before hand. When Andrew got to my house he encountered a big issue because of the city sidewalk. He contacted the owner and they came up with a solution with no extra…
The service provided was very professional. Simon was able to locate the problem and repaired it very quickly. Did quality work as well. They arrived a few hours after I requested service. That rarely happens with other companies. Will be using again. Thanks Simon!
A huge thank you to Christian and Shawn! Christian, your transparency in all your responses was truly appreciated. The response time was phenomenal; you jumped right into the job after our consultation, eliminating the need for any follow-up calls or rescheduling. Both you and Shawn are fantastic. Thank you for…
O & M Plumbing responded quickly and came early the morning after my call. Chris was very friendly, professional and upfront with estimate. Repairs and cleanup were done completely and within the projected timeframe. We have peace of mind after a stressful situation that could have caused property damage if not…
Absolutely recommend! I had gotten multiple quotes for a pipe that needed replacement under the foundation of our home (it was an massive project) and not only was O&M the most fair, but they were also the most trustworthy. Chris came out and was so incredibly polite and thorough and answered all of my questions…
They don't try to sell us on more than we need, and will bundle work together instead of nickel and dimeing. Work comes out clean, and they've give good information on what is going on with our plumbing.
Best plumbing service I've ever received. Quick to respond. Friendly service. Fair pricing. Quality work. Definitely recommend!
I found O&M via AI search for fairest prices in Austin and known for not upselling. Given we had sewage pouring out of our broken sump pump and toilets not flushing, we had no clue what we were up against. Two other plumbers came to upsell us new very costly sump pump. But O+M saved the day - specifically Sean,…
My neighbor recommended Ben at O&M several years ago. They’ve been my go-to plumbers ever since. The technicians are reliable and well-trained. Great communication. Good recommendations when seeking cost-effective solutions. Reasonable pricing. And they honor their work.
Called at 3:30am about a water heater malfunction. They made sure I had it under control and showed up around 8am to do the repair. Brian was my technician and he was courteous friendly and knowledgeable. Could not ask for better service. Will definitely use this company again! Great Job Thanks Mike I have this…
Landen was great. He diagnosed our issue and fixed it quickly. Same day scheduling as well.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ O & M Plumbing – A True Gem!** We recently purchased a beautiful mid-century home built in 1962, and while it had charm in spades, it also came with a few plumbing challenges. Enter **O & M Plumbing**, and more specifically, **Chris**—a master of his craft and hands-down the best plumber we've ever…
So prompt, friendly, and just excellent work. Helped us troubleshoot problems and gave us advice in addition to fixing our plumbing problems. We cannot recommend them enough.
It’s so reassuring to have found such a wonderful group of professionals that we can rely on! Everyone we’ve ever interacted with at O&M has taken great pride in a job well done. I wish it were possible to give even more stars! 2/25 UPDATE: Ben and crew are still the best!!! Four new faucets and a water heater repair all completed beautifully. Thank you!
An update to the review below from last year. Discovered yesterday (Sunday) that we had a water leak in our main water line. Contacted Ben and Antonio arrived at 11:30 this morning and repaired the leak. Really happy with their service. Ben was recommended by a friend who is a realtor as her "go to" plumber. He…
Ben and his team were great to work with. They were quick to respond, professional, and reasonable with the price for their work. If we have future plumbing needs, I will absolutely use O&M.
Great experience!!!
Alex and Antonio were great - explained everything, were respectful of our property, got the valve replaced, and were on time and finished quickly. Very happy with this company and their work - will use them again.
O&M was well recommended and for good reason. They were very knowledgable, on-time (actually a bit early), explained the work needed and then did it... Will use again and recommend them.
We were set for a hydro static test and ended up with a blocked sewer line 2 days before the test. Ben and Greg came out and fixed the problem and repaired a leak and did the test all in the same day.
Arrived in time. Quickly diagnosed the issue. Resolved and repaired very quickly. Thanks goes to Alex and Mike!
Ben and his crew are always very professional, honest, prompt and cost effective
Alex did a great job installing a pressure reducer and also found one internal leak under the bathtub. It took him about 3-4 hours to get the work done, and kept me informed about his work during the entire time.
We've used O & M twice now on many different projects from sewer line repairs after foundation repair to installation of new toilets, faucets, etc. They are communicative, polite and do really quality work. I also recommended their services to my neighbor and they had a great experience.
Got here quickly despite snowpocalypse and stabilized our system so we could at least safely have cold water while we waited for everything to thaw.
