"After moving into our new home, we encountered several minor plumbing issues including outdoor faucet repairs. O&M Plumbing took care of everything efficiently, and we will definitely use them again in the future."

I found O&M via AI search for fairest prices in Austin and known for not upselling. Given we had sewage pouring out of our broken sump pump and toilets not flushing, we had no clue what we were up against. Two other plumbers came to upsell us new very costly sump pump. But O+M saved the day - specifically Sean,… Read full review

It was a pleasure working with O & M Plumbing Services, Inc. Andrew was a pleasure to work with and explained things in simple terms. Looking forward to working with you all again!

I had a kitchen sink that developed a leak. I Googled for a "plumber near me", and ultimately decided on O&M Plumbing Services (Landen). Everything except the kitchen sink itself was replaced (faucet, sprayer, drain hardware and pipes). They were quick to respond, professional and did excellent work. I… Read full review

Absolutely the BEST!!! O&M saved the day again! Highly recommend! Thank you for always being professional and taking the time to explain everything.

Ben from O&M did a fantastic job while expertly explaining all the steps taken. Not to mention he isolated the root cause of a leak under the slab (while making sure there weren't other issues hiding before and after the crack found) plus advised how to proceed with the least risk for further damages. 2024 May: O&M to rescue again! The backyard faucet has been persistent problem for several years and lately our water hose became fused to the faucet. I contacted O&M to replace the hose bib and vacuum breaker. Alex and Aaron came over and performed that task. As always, they patiently answered all my questions and… Read full review

Mike, Ben and Enrique are fantastic! Not only did they take the time to explain everything to me and make sure I understood it, but they also told me preventative maintenance to avoid the same issue happening again. I’ve had the same issue inside my men’s bathroom for over a year. This is the first company to come… Read full review

Looks like I found my new plumber. They came over and spent nearly an hour to diagnose what turned out to be multiple concerns. He did not even charge me for the visit.

Great customer service! From Heather and the office staff to the technicians. We always recommend O&M to our foundation repair clients. Above and beyond with a level of service that's hard to find these days. Thank you!

Their process is stellar, communication is great, very professional and got the job done right the first time! Highly recommend!!!

This company is very professional and punctual. They performed the hydrostatic test and contacted me immediately with the results. The technician was polite and explained to process & results. I'm very happy with the results.

O&M Plumbing services did an excellent job installing a new sink, faucet & disposal. They were very professional, skilled & priced fairly. They even went above and beyond in replacing small parts we didn't realize we needed. We highly recommend & will use them again if ever needing plumbing services.

Very friendly and helpful professionals. Will always use this company for all my plumbing repairs and recommend to others.

Antonio was professional and an excellent technician

Antonio came out 30 minutes early, which was great for me, and he worked for 3 hours clearing a clog in main line and detected 2 breaks in my pipe. O&M scheduled to come back for the break repair in 2 days. I'm very happy with their service.

Alex did a great job installing a pressure reducer and also found one internal leak under the bathtub. It took him about 3-4 hours to get the work done, and kept me informed about his work during the entire time.

Ben was very throughout with the leak detection services and explained all of the steps very clearly. He was very honest with his feedback and suggestions. I will definitely be using them to resolve our plumbing issues going forward!

I had a hydrostatic test done to make sure that there were no leaks. The tech/plumber was super nice, efficient and professional. The communication from the office and from the tech/plumber was stellar and really appreciated.

O&M is a great local business that is easy to work with & very reliable. I’m thankful that I have a plumber that I can completely trust.

We've used O & M twice now on many different projects from sewer line repairs after foundation repair to installation of new toilets, faucets, etc. They are communicative, polite and do really quality work. I also recommended their services to my neighbor and they had a great experience.

Really great experience! Ben helped fix a gas leak for my fireplace and did an amazing job. He was quick, friendly, and made sure to use the best parts available to fix my issue. Will definitely be using Ben & his company again for future repairs!

I had a slab leak in the garage. It was a small leak which made it hard to find. Once located, a repair was proposed and completed the very next day. Have some holes in the drywall that are needed to isolate water lines. Over very pleased with the outcome. The leak was located, confirmed and repaired. Can't… Read full review

Friendly, efficient, and affordable!

0 stars We sent an email (below) to O&M, got a call from the owner who said that isn’t their policy / procedure and that he stands by his plumbers and their reporting and we got what we paid for so it didn’t matter wether he was correct or not. This is at the exact same time another company is fixing the problem… Read full review

Alex and Ruben were great! They isolated the leak and a few days later came to repair it. They were very professional, wore masks and shoe sleeves, and talked with me every step of the way on what they were going to do next. I certainly don't hope to run into anymore plumbing issues, but if I do, I know who to call!
