Had a different company out in January to fix a water line leak, but the leak came back six-seven months later. O&M came out within a week, explained the problem to me clearly, and fixed it in a couple of hours. The techs were friendly and professional, and the work comes with a year warranty. Alex did a great job installing a pressure reducer and also found one internal leak under the bathtub. It took him about 3-4 hours to get the work done, and kept me informed about his work during the entire time.
