We had a shower valve break and could not turn off the water. luckily got the outside water to the house turned off. They were able to send someone out same morning to deal with repair. Ben was on time, professional, thorough in explanation of what had happened and the repair he made! Staff was also extremely professional! Will definitely use again!
My second experience with O&M: both have been outstanding. Plumbing is one of those things you hope not to have to require but it's sure nice to know, if you do need a plumber, O&M is there. Keep up the good work.
We've used O & M twice now on many different projects from sewer line repairs after foundation repair to installation of new toilets, faucets, etc. They are communicative, polite and do really quality work. I also recommended their services to my neighbor and they had a great experience.
Ben and his team are terrific to work with. I am a Realtor and a builder, so I work with lots of trade vendors, and these guys are Always professional, on time, and on top of it. Whatever you need, O & M has got you covered!
