They don't try to sell us on more than we need, and will bundle work together instead of nickel and dimeing. Work comes out clean, and they've give good information on what is going on with our plumbing.
Shawn came out twice within the last week to install a new kitchen faucet, garbage disposer, sink drain and Master Bath toilet. He did an AMAZING job and was great to work with.

Andrew did a very good job. He was thorough and professional while allowing me to ask questions. The scope of the project was to install a new toilet and replace the angle stop. Total price was $614.00 which included a $100.00 pick up fee of the toilet from Home Depot. It was more expensive than I would have thought though.

We had a few estimates for a large amount of work. Ben was thorough, detailed, reasonable, and very insightful/informative. We've used O & M twice now on many different projects from sewer line repairs after foundation repair to installation of new toilets, faucets, etc. They are communicative, polite and do really quality work. I also recommended their services to my neighbor and they had a great experience.
I would highly recommend O & M plumbing. They were professional, helpful, very communicative. They gave us our options without any pressure.
