We had a sewage smell in the house. Andrew showed up right on time and knocked it out. Very upfront about the cost and exactly the repairs he was performing, took time to explain and show me the work. Really positive experience overall and very kind and professional plumber.

O&M replied promptly, scheduled a free consultation and provided quotes. I had an immediate issue resolved in same visit for a reasonable cost. Service person Chris was knowledgeable and friendly.

Andrew was great! He communicated his next steps and never left me guessing.

Mr. Ben Morgan graciously responded to my request within the same day to fix my problem with getting hot water. He did that in less than 10 minutes. Mr. Morgan and all the crew at O & M plumbing have taken great care of our plumbing needs.

Justin was great. He was on time & even got along with the dogs. The work was fast & efficient, and the price very reasonable.

We had a pipe that was constantly squealing. They determined it was due to the fill valve in one of the toilets causing the problem. They replaced it and it resolved the issue. They were very professional and kept me informed about what they were doing as they went through the troubleshooting process. I’ll use them again if needed.

Every person I worked with was very professional and helpful. Our home presents unusual challenges given its 100 plus years of age but they were no problem for our plumbers.
