That’s what a win looks like, thanks Chris and O&M Plumbing. My water heater started leaking last Sunday. I checked the e warranty and figured out I had 4 days before it expired. O&M sent Chris out to us on Tuesday and he diagnosed the problem, cracked tank, and replaced it on the spot. O&M took care of the warranty…
Really appreciated the clear pricing and quality of work from the O&M team! Trusted them with the repair and felt very comfortable using them. Will use again and recommend to others!
Amazing company. Best customer service I’ve received anywhere in years. Fantastic crew respectful, kind, well trained in their craft. Prompt service and went out of their way to explain issues to me. Highly recommend.
They don't try to sell us on more than we need, and will bundle work together instead of nickel and dimeing. Work comes out clean, and they've give good information on what is going on with our plumbing.

O & M Plumbing helped me out with a rental house without me being in town. Chris diagnosed the problem and gave me a price up front. I appreciate them making a bad situation not so stressful. They will get my business in the future.
Had multiple great experiences with Andrew! Would certainly recommend!
Thank you Andrew for the prompt and professional service! Will continue to be a repeat customer.
Andrew was the most friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful professional that we’ve had out to our place. To the point, efficient, and clean work. I cannot recommend O & M Plumbing enough. There is a reason why they get so many great ratings!
Great communications. Prompt Service.
My old water heater started leaking a couple days before Christmas. Chris came out, looked it over gave me the options and was able to replace it and bring it up to code same day. Very happy with the service, I did not want to worry about my water heater over the holiday. 10/10 would heat water again.
Landen worked well with replace water heater. Ben P are excellent, professional, fast to locate the problem and their work is completed. I trust O&M plumbing services. Highly recommended.
We needed to replace our waterheater. I called a few different plumbing companies on Wednesday but only O&M Plumbing called me back shortly after I had left my message. I'm still waiting for call backs from the other companies. Landen came out early the next day and installed a new waterheater. He was friendly,…
After consulting 3 other plumbers to replace my specific tankless water heater, Andrew came and was able to source it immediately. Installation was very smooth and customer service from Andrew and Heather (in the office) has been excellent! I am excited to have a plumber now that can solve my house problems!
I could not be happier with my new water heater and O&M Plumbing Services Inc! Landen was fantastic, very informative and had the new unit in same day. The estimate was the most affordable of the 3 companies I got quotes from and the work was stellar. I would definitely recommend for water heater replacements!
Called at 3:30am about a water heater malfunction. They made sure I had it under control and showed up around 8am to do the repair. Brian was my technician and he was courteous friendly and knowledgeable. Could not ask for better service. Will definitely use this company again! Great Job Thanks Mike I have this…
Landen replaced our hot water heater today. He was very professional and polite and did a great job.I would call O and M plumbing anytime .
Technician arrived on time and was knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. Did not follow up with written quote and verbal price was considerably higher than another comparable service.
Same day install within a couple hours
I called O & M Plumbing yesterday with a water heater that had gone out! Andrew came today and was super patient with all of my questions --- as I literally know nothing about them! He provided me with several options from repair to replace with as much information as I needed to make a decision with absolutely no…
Andrew and the rest of the team were a breath of fresh air. Didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary services, they were the cheapest of the 3 quotes i got, and were totally proficient. They found the root cause, unlike the previous company who tried to charge me more than double. After years of repairmen that felt…
O & M lived up to their overall rating. Service was prompt, thorough, and professional. The previous installer set the hot water temperature to low (which was bad but mistakes happen). They corrected and re-lit the pilot light that strong wind blew out. Inspected vents on the roof while he was here. I recommend O & M.
It’s so reassuring to have found such a wonderful group of professionals that we can rely on! Everyone we’ve ever interacted with at O&M has taken great pride in a job well done. I wish it were possible to give even more stars! 2/25 UPDATE: Ben and crew are still the best!!! Four new faucets and a water heater repair all completed beautifully. Thank you!
Trustworthy and competent.
Looks like I found my new plumber. They came over and spent nearly an hour to diagnose what turned out to be multiple concerns. He did not even charge me for the visit.
Ben and his team are awesome! Very professional, knowledgeable, kind and best of all, affordable!! Thank you O & M Plumbing Services for taking care of my complicated water heater issues!
Fantastic experience with a new water heater. Price was right, in a very inflationary economic time.
Very professional job in very confined space. Will definitely use this company again when repairs are needed.
We have used Ben for both our home and our rental property. Services we have received have always been stellar! Once we had a leak issue that needed immediate attention and Ben fit us into his schedule after hours. He has gone above and beyond to ensure that he fixes the entire problem. He checks and double checks…
Service was professional, thanks!
These guys know their business!
I have used Ben and O&M twice: first to unclog my kitchen pipes and then to replace a water heater and expansion tank that were damaged by the freeze in February 2021. Ben, his office staff, and his team have always been responsive, easy to work with, and friendly. They happily answered my questions, let me know…
Was quite frankly the only plumbing service that reached out in a timely manner with a scheduled service call for issues related to our hot water tank. They were very reliable and had even made calls to make sure I was aware of their ETA on the diagnostic and the install days. Ben came out and was able to quickly…
I greatly recommend O and M Plumbing. Ben fixed a leak at our previous house that a different plumber was unable to diagnosis correctly. At our current house he replaced two water heaters, fixed a leak under the sink, installed a shut off valve to separate our home water supply and sprinkler system, and put in a…
