My old water heater started leaking a couple days before Christmas. Chris came out, looked it over gave me the options and was able to replace it and bring it up to code same day. Very happy with the service, I did not want to worry about my water heater over the holiday. 10/10 would heat water again.

O & M lived up to their overall rating. Service was prompt, thorough, and professional. The previous installer set the hot water temperature to low (which was bad but mistakes happen). They corrected and re-lit the pilot light that strong wind blew out. Inspected vents on the roof while he was here. I recommend O & M.
