Aaron took his time to explain everything he was doing and made sure to test all options before replacement. I had a quote from another company the day before that was almost $300 more for the same service. I will only call O&M from now on because they always do a good job and offer fair pricing.
I was able to get scheduled in the following morning after I made the call. Mike and Enrique came by right when we were supposed to expect them. They were both thorough and helpful! If you're having any plumbing related issues then these are definitely the folks to call first!
The tech, Ben, was prompt and courteous. He performed his work efficiently and he kept me apprised of what he was doing. All in all, it was a pleasure to work with him.
We've used O & M twice now on many different projects from sewer line repairs after foundation repair to installation of new toilets, faucets, etc. They are communicative, polite and do really quality work. I also recommended their services to my neighbor and they had a great experience.
I have used O&M Plumbing for faucet replacement, shower repair, tankless hot water installation, and now at my new house, a hot water tank repair. O & M are the best and I won't use anyone else.
O&M PLUMBING IS TOP NOTCH. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
Got here quickly despite snowpocalypse and stabilized our system so we could at least safely have cold water while we waited for everything to thaw.
