Omar did a great job on the water heater installation. He explained everything he was going to do, and explained how everything works and how to properly take care of it. I would definitely use O & W Heating again.

Had a really great experience with initial repair. Was quoted for a water heater replacement and had to delay the work a few weeks due to some other work that needed to be done first. Upon going back to them to let them know I was ready to schedule the work, they told me I had to sign an agreement, put down a…

Omer went above and beyond and explained preventative maintenance, and warranty of the new product, along with other areas of the gas/water lines that could cause major damage down the road. Needless to say, I'll be sending…
