I loved working with OCA Builders! They were extremely friendly, professional, and hard working! They made the process easy and stress free for me. Recommend 100%!
I had a hard time finding a construction company whose work was not only nice but cost effective as well. ADU construction was that company. I needed my kitchen remodeled and they went above and beyond with bringing my vision to life. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
These guys were awesome! Super easy to work with, showed up when they said they would, and the job turned out even better than I expected. Definitely my go-to company
We appreciate your feedback! Glad to hear everything turned out better than expected—thank you for choosing us!
The service I received from the professionals at OCA Builders was simply off the charts. I purchased a piece of land roughly 40mins outside of Santa Cruz roughly a year ago and recently decided to have a detached ADU built in addition to the ranch style home where we will be residing. The professionals at OCA were polite, punctual, and thorough - with such an amazing attention to detail. Their prices were unbeatable, and we've already made back the money we put into the ADU by listing it for use on airbnb when it isn't occupied by family. If you are in the market for any type of ADU, these guys are the ones to call! I promise you won't be disappointed! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Thanks so much for the amazing review! We’re glad your new ADU is already paying off and that our team’s attention to detail, pricing, and service stood out. Enjoy your new space—we appreciate your trust and recommendation!
