OCA Builders | Construction Company & ADU Contractor Santa Cruz made my ADU project smooth and stress free. Communication remained clear, crew worked efficiently, and final results looked modern, clean, and professionally finished.
I had an excellent experience with OCA Builders | Construction Company & ADU Contractor Santa Cruz. Team stayed professional, organized, and delivered beautiful construction work with impressive attention to detail from beginning to completion.
Our retail storefront passed every city inspection on the first try thanks to their meticulous commercial prep work.
Gutting a 1950s house sounded terrifying, but this crew guided us through every single structural hurdle smoothly.
Our kitchen renovation was a big undertaking, but the crew made it feel manageable. They were in and out on the dates they promised, and the new cabinetry and lighting completely changed the vibe of the house.
The metal gates and fences they installed around our yard are rock solid. It’s rare to find a contractor that handles both heavy construction and these kinds of custom finishing touches so well.

OCA Builders Inc. did an outstanding job building our ADU! Owner Oren Atia was professional, responsive, and truly cared about the details from start to finish. Amazing service
Oren and his team at OCA Builders completely transformed our 1960s ranch home in Aptos, and I honestly can't imagine trusting anyone else with such an important project. What started as a kitchen remodel turned into a full home renovation when we realized how thoughtful and skilled they were with every detail. From day one, Oren listened to our family's needs - not just what we wanted aesthetically, but how we actually live in our space. They suggested design changes that we never would have thought of but now can't imagine living without. The craftsmanship is absolutely beautiful, and they somehow managed to honor the original character of our home while making it feel completely modern and functional. What really sets OCA apart is how they treat your home like it's their own. The crew was respectful, cleaned up thoroughly each day, and kept us informed every step of the way. When we had questions or concerns, Oren was always quick to respond and address them professionally. Six months later, we still get compliments from neighbors and friends. Our home feels like us again, just the best version of itself. If you're looking for contractors who genuinely care about quality and your vision, OCA Builders is the team you want.
