It doesn't appear that rodent traps set in September under house were checked and/or anything removed. Atvinstall, I was told this would be completed at the next servicing.
Luis was very knowledgeable, helpful, and explained all my options thoroughly. I appreciate his friendly approach and I appreciate all the work done to keep these rodents out of my house!! 🙂

Tomas is always attentive to the fact that we have animals and want to secure them for the hour after the yard and exterior home have been treated. He is always helpful and conscientious.

Their phone intake was: -an AI named Jeff taking all my information (name, zip code, problem, email address, address) for the sales team -an human on the sales team asking all the same questions (name, zip code, problem), who asked if I would like to be sent to the onboarding team for a quote. I said yes, then... -was sent to the same AI named Jeff. I hung up and will take my business elsewhete.
