Ryland is consistently addressing our seasonal pest issues. We seem to be the only among our neighbors using pest services so Ryland has his hands full. We also don’t make his job easier by planting gardens, feeding birds, and storing firewood on the property—probably all pest control no-nos. I recommend this service to all of my friends.

Eddie is our favorite bug guy! Super diligent in his work and does a great job of working with us to get our needs met with any bug issues we might be having. Prices have gone up a bit but still reasonable since any additional call out for any reason is included. My family has been using Official Pest Prevention (previously Pegasus) for over 20 years.

Good luck trying to get a service manager on the phone - or to return calls. Tenants have had problems with mice for over a year. Looks like it's time to cancel and find a company who would be responsive - or at least pick up the phone.

Techs show up as scheduled and let us know of their arrival in case there are areas needing extra attention/spray treatment. Always professional and friendly. 5 star service.
