Good luck trying to get a service manager on the phone - or to return calls. Tenants have had problems with mice for over a year. Looks like it's time to cancel and find a company who would be responsive - or at least pick up the phone.

Techs show up as scheduled and let us know of their arrival in case there are areas needing extra attention/spray treatment. Always professional and friendly. 5 star service.

I have been a customer for Pest control since I moved in my new home! There was always something up from wasp, ants roaches but ever since they been servicing my home once a month it been nothing but a blessing🫶🏼! I was home and didn't even know that he came. No knock on door, no ringing of doorbell, no bill left. Extremely disappointed.

I’ve had Pest service with Official Pest Control for several years. Recently I discovered rats in my attic. They came right out and put traps in the attic after inspecting and finding evidence of rats in the insulation. They will come back and empty them when the rats are caught.

I have been with this Pest company in a very long time and Jesus has been our go to guy each and every time. His Attention to detail and knowledge blows my mind.

I don’t appreciate the service of knocking down the cobwebs is always over looked and not done!

Pest Prevention is always responsive if I have any peat issue. If called they respond quickly. My technician is always on time, he responds to all pest issues and is very knowledgeable.

Although we’re starting to see ants and other bugs get through the barrier of spray that recently went down, we’re working with the company to fix the problem. It’s likely a formula or mixture issue.
