Great experience with Ola Moving! The crew was fast, efficient, and very careful with our belongings. Although pricing isn’t strictly flat-rate (additional hours are charged separately), they genuinely worked hard to finish as quickly as possible rather than dragging things out.
Their online booking portal is also excellent. You can specify furniture, box sizes, and quantities in advance, making the estimate much more transparent and reducing the chance of surprise charges.
One thing that really impressed me: a bottle of laundry detergent leaked inside one of our boxes, and the movers immediately turned the box over to prevent further damage. Really appreciated their quick thinking!
Just a heads-up: they don’t move live plants unless properly packed.
Overall, professional, careful, and efficient. Highly recommend!
