I am so happy I found Old Ox. Meg and the team are the best. They work on a variety of cars, and are honest when they’re not able to do a particular job. A huge plus is their Saturday availability which is such a rarity in the DC area. I highly recommend for all automotive services.
I recently received work on my back tail lights on both sides. I needed to order the parts and Jadyn at the front desk helped from the time I walked in the shop until my lights were fixed. Great customer service. The mechanic team were very helpful and knowledgeable. Everybody made the experience easy and quick.
They do great work are very cooperative, friendly, and Josh/Noah/Meg are all very knowledgeable and clear in explaining everything!!!
They overcharged my daughter1150 dollars for spark plugs and the suv still didn’t work.Asked for another 650 and had to take it back after keeping it2 weeks
