I was very pleased with the service and reception I received from Old Ox Tire and Auto. I had a number of issues with my car and they were all addressed. They provided me with a comprehensive report detailing the status jf, and services needed for my car.
Lovely staff. And the most transparent service ever! They took photos and explained everything. The issues were catalogued red (necessary), yellow (upcoming/ optional repairs), and green (nothing needed), all with upfront pricing. Could not recommend highly enough!! Fantastic shop.

Honestly, these guys are great - we used them for our "three year" maintenance appointment, but we have so few miles on our hybrid that they were completely honest about the work we would and would not need. I appreciate the thoroughness with which they execute their work. Within the hour you are sent a complete report of the condition of your car and what they recommend regarding its maintenance. The office representative, Karen, is courteous and kind. It is a very clean auto shop.
