First time I’m going to this workshop. In fact, this is the first time I’m going to any workshop besides the official Honda guys I usually go to.Paul and Meg are awesome! Super friendly and super helpful. My new go to car workshop. Highly recommended.
Very thorough service and helpful. Thank you!
Great customer service and vehicle diagnostics.
Excellent experience. They did not try and over sell me, did the work that was required, explained to me work that was needed but could be delayed.
My vehicle’s issues were handled with utmost care by the staff. They kept me well-informed about everything and provided excellent preventative maintenance suggestions. Their recommendations were convincing, and I decided to purchase the equipment to have the work done. I highly recommend their services if you’re looking for reliable auto repair.

Lovely staff. And the most transparent service ever! They took photos and explained everything. The issues were catalogued red (necessary), yellow (upcoming/ optional repairs), and green (nothing needed), all with upfront pricing. Could not recommend highly enough!! Fantastic shop.

Old Ox is great! They keep my old beater purring like a cat! Very thorough inspection and quality work.
Great quality and friendly service. An unfortunate accident to my car turned into a positive experience thanks to Meg & team. Lucky to have this auto shop nearby and would definitely recommend! 2026 update: Another car issue and Old Ox stepped up to save the day. Highly recommend for both service quality and overall great experience!
Several times I have gone to Old Ox tire and Auto for service on my vehicle they are great especially Meg she is very professional and she always have a smile on her face which makes you smile
Meg is always the best! So kind and thorough. I love how I get an inspection report with every oil change at Old Ox. The report made me aware of a fluid leak that's now being taken care of for free by my car manufacturer due to it being under warranty. Meg was great at advising me on how to handle this leak. Paul…
I'd like to recognize the Auto Shop workers at Old Ox Tire & Auto. Technician Jamal did a tremendous job fixing my car. He and Paul at the desk also provided great customer service.
I’ve been taking my jeep to Old Ox Auto for a year now and the service has always been great. Paul and Meg were very kind and professional. It’s also a nice walk to a coffee shop while I get work done. 😎
My first time coming to Old Ox Tire & Auto - Washington was a wonderful experience! Everyone I interacted with was so kind and professional, and I trusted that my car was in good hands. I loved how mechanics took photos to show what they were recommending for future visits and they caught a leak in early stages. All…
Used to get oil change from Jiffy Jube but then I come across this service, it was amazing experience!! They understand and willing to accommodate with me through communication. They also show me what my car needs to replace or fix. Highly recommend! This is my favorite place to go if my car needs repairs. I trust…
Very friendly and professional service! Highly recommend.
Great receptionist and customer service...and timely delivery of work. The only issue for the 4 star is the pricing of the services. It is on par with what dealership charges. Oil change and filter is about $100. Add Tire Rotation which Costco will do for free and you are already looking at $155, top with with…
Great experience. Reasonable prices and nice engaging staff. Support small businesses like this one!
Had a great experience here, staff was super friendly and professional and had my car back in reasonable amount of time- will definitely be a repeat customer
The staff are always friendly and professional. I have been consistently satisfied with the level of service provided.
Great service and responsive. I had a scheduled appointment that was 3 days out but needed to adjust and do it early. I texted to see if it was possible and received an immediate response. Was able to go in within 30 minutes, dropped the car off around 11:30 and picked it up at 4:30pm already services - oil change,…
Shoutout to Meg and team at OOTA! Was referred by a friend and they have proved themselves to be reliable and honest. Made sure this mysterious gas smell in my 2021 Cherokee was nothing serious, and even did a follow up check at no cost. Grateful to have them as a resource! Would recommend to anyone.
The Team was very kind, diligent, professional with the issues had with My vehicle . Management answered all questioned I'd had in reference to the problem and corrective measures. I was kept informed the duration of repairs. I call myself...A Happy Customer. Thanks to All....

I cannot recommend Old Ox Tire & Auto enough! From the check-in to the work done on my car, my experience was exceptional. If you're looking for a new mechanic, you can just look no further than Old Ox.
These guys do good work, promptly, for reasonable prices. Have gotten an oil change and brake flush. They're upfront about pricing, and gave me some maintenance tips to do on my own to avoid more costly fixes.
Stopped here once, I recommend it
I use Old Ox on a regular basis for oil changes and check ups. They are efficient and honest. I'm always very pleased with the work and suggestions for maintenance.
Been using services for 6 years very pleased
The work was done on time well. They are our trusted local mechanic.
Updating my review a year later to say I still take my car here and they still do a great job!
They were knowledgeable & helpful in diagnosing the issue and providing efficient service in repairing my 2006 Honda. I have been able to get an appointment same day or next day here and have consistently paid a very fair price for services.
These guys are great. Always honest, capable, exceedingly communicative, and always willing to do what it takes (and not do what is not necessary). One of my favorite things is the images they send along with their diagnostic tests that show you what it looks like up close to you can make an informed decision…
I regularly go to Old Ox & Tire for routine car maintenance. They are friendly and efficient. They work with my schedule and provide a thorough explanation/report of services performed. Recently I had my oil changed and my tire fixed, and both fixes went smoothly and my car was ready for pick-up by the time we discussed.
Very nice customer service and quick! I was out for an oil change in no time. I will be back for more car services.
Great team - very polite, professional, and efficient. They give you photographic proof of everything that is broken on the car, and photos of everything they check to show it’s ok. I will definitely be using them in the future.
We had an emergency situation and required almost immediate appointment. The owner was exceptionally professional, polite and accommodating. We received excellent service and a follow up on how things worked out.
These guys do a great job! As a 20 something year old woman, I was nervous about getting up-charged, but when I just asked for the most basic oil change, that’s exactly what I got! I didn’t have to worry about them trying to do work on my car that I wasn’t ready to pay for. The folks at Old Ox do great quality work…
Easy to schedule, easy to drop off, good service, easy to pay and easy to puck up. And pleasant. That's not always the case. So 5 thumbs up!
These guys are phenomenal. I so appreciate how quick and communicative they are. Everything is well documented and they always ask before they do anything. I know they won’t suggest anything unless they would do it to their own cars. I couldn’t recommend them more!
I am currently on a road trip and stopped in DC to visit family. I needed to get my oil changed and landed at Big Ox Tire and Auto. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of requesting an appointment online and the fast, friendly customer service they provided. Their complimentary 40-point inspection found some…
These guys are quick and reliable! Great communication via web and text. Prices seem fair too.
Very thorough assessment of repairs and maintenance needed. I was very happy with the customer service and the time and patience dedicated to explaining issues and my options as a customer, with zero condescension. Pricey but probably worth it for the quality, transparency, and service!
We feel so lucky to have Noah as our Neighbourhood mechanic. He’s able to handle a broad range of maintenance services and fixes- while charging very reasonable rates. Outstanding service. Recommend highly!

They came highly recommended by friends in the neighborhood. They were very polite and upfront about repairs needed now and potentially in the near future. They kept informed about the progress of my car once the the work started. Now my brakes are silent, my car stops on a dime and paid the price I was quoted. Great job
