Just wanted to update and say I have been coming here for years now. In my 43 years, Meg is the best service advisor I have ever had. Her, Paul & the whole team always take great care of our family vehicles. Appreciate them so much and feel very lucky to have them in the neighborhood. Wish I could give them 10 stars.

They continue to do fantastic work on my vehicles. Paul, in particular, was very courteous, helpful, and pleasant.
Good communication, quick service for major suspension work, and they were good about identifying things that needed to be done now and things that could wait.
The snowcrete wrecked our front suspension and Old Ox saved it! After receiving a suspect quote from a National Tire chain, we called Old Ox who fit us in next day. Their quote was $500 cheaper, they found issues the other shop missed, provided photo and video evidence of necessary repairs, and didn't try upselling…

First off the customer service was A1. They treated me like I have been using their shop for years. Yes I paid a premium price and I satisfied with the work they did. Money well spent. Shout out to Josh for helping me in making the right decision. If you need work done just check these guys out.
