There was fantastic service provided by Paul. I came in just before closing with a flat tire and he personally came out to evaluate the situation and also fixed the tire. I’m very appreciative of his outstanding service

I punctured a tire on my car and called Ox Tire and Auto Repair in DC for help. They were on it right away. They came to where my car was, a few blocks from their station, evaluated the situation and then procured and installed a new tire in no time. They were responsive, friendly and efficient. The price for all this was very reasonable.

Shoutout to Meg and team at OOTA! Was referred by a friend and they have proved themselves to be reliable and honest. Made sure this mysterious gas smell in my 2021 Cherokee was nothing serious, and even did a follow up check at no cost. Grateful to have them as a resource! Would recommend to anyone.

I regularly go to Old Ox & Tire for routine car maintenance. They are friendly and efficient. They work with my schedule and provide a thorough explanation/report of services performed. Recently I had my oil changed and my tire fixed, and both fixes went smoothly and my car was ready for pick-up by the time we discussed.
I've used them for regular maintenance servicing and tires. So far everything has been great. They are very communicative and a pleasure to deal with.

Honestly, these guys are great - we used them for our "three year" maintenance appointment, but we have so few miles on our hybrid that they were completely honest about the work we would and would not need.
