Lightning fast service for the of work I had done
I was very pleasantly surprised to discover Old Ox Tire & Auto in the heart of Brookland. I’ve taken my car there twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. The communication and efficiency were outstanding throughout, with Meg doing a fantastic job keeping me informed every step of the way and making…
I'd like to recognize the Auto Shop workers at Old Ox Tire & Auto. Technician Jamal did a tremendous job fixing my car. He and Paul at the desk also provided great customer service.
Great service and responsive. I had a scheduled appointment that was 3 days out but needed to adjust and do it early. I texted to see if it was possible and received an immediate response. Was able to go in within 30 minutes, dropped the car off around 11:30 and picked it up at 4:30pm already services - oil change,…
Shop attendants are very nice, and informative. They truly value quality work and repairs. I really appreciate the technology used to check-in and alert customers of completed work.
Shoutout to Meg and team at OOTA! Was referred by a friend and they have proved themselves to be reliable and honest. Made sure this mysterious gas smell in my 2021 Cherokee was nothing serious, and even did a follow up check at no cost. Grateful to have them as a resource! Would recommend to anyone.
Excellent service and very detailed. 5 stars!
Great experience overall as well as helpful and professional. They took care of any issues I had and would definitely recommend.
Been using services for 6 years very pleased
The work was done on time well. They are our trusted local mechanic.
These guys are great. Always honest, capable, exceedingly communicative, and always willing to do what it takes (and not do what is not necessary). One of my favorite things is the images they send along with their diagnostic tests that show you what it looks like up close to you can make an informed decision…
I really appreciate the time and attention given to each issue that was needed for my car repairs. Excellent work. Five stars!
I was looking for a place that would care for my car and found it. Jason listened to my concerns, addressed my issues and educate me about my car which is important for me as a single mom of 4. My car was not safe to drive, it was shaking like a salt shaker. They fixed my car, it drive so smooth now. They worked me…
We feel so lucky to have Noah as our Neighbourhood mechanic. He’s able to handle a broad range of maintenance services and fixes- while charging very reasonable rates. Outstanding service. Recommend highly!
The Service Advisor Jason is such an honest and professional man. I got a front end wheel alignment and I’m super satisfied!! A lil pricey but well worth it. I will be going back for additional work on my car. These are the kind of shops we need in our community! Not shops that rip you off.
Took care of my car and got everything done in a timely manner at a reasonable price!
My favorite shop for car repair ☺️
Everyone here was great and they moved quickly to help solve my issues. They communicated with me often and checked in with me before doing anything. Great service!
Great local auto shop.
The team at Old Ox does great work and are extremely professional. They communicated well, kept me well informed about what work was necessary, what would be good to watch to maintain my vehicle, and how much it would cost. I didn’t feel pressured to have unnecessary work done (unlike some other places). A great small shop in the Brookland area of DC!
Excellent diagnostic regime; transparent honest advisors; solid workmanship at reasonable prices
Was able to give me a same day appointment for a four wheel alignment at the best price around. Easy and fairly quick, even tho there was only one guy working that day. So I could imagine how much faster it would've been if it were the two or more mechanics as usual. Friendly reception
The entire Team at Brookland’s Old Ox Tire and Auto are superb! Upfront cost reviews, great workmanship and customer service is outstanding!
I was incredibly impressed with this company. Not only did they do a great job, they went above and beyond to try to accommodate a tight turnaround schedule for me. I would definitely recommend using them and will use them again in the future.
Josh was thorough, totally transparent and courteous. Tire replacement, alignment and oil change service was prompt and really good. I highly recommend this garage.
Josh is very thorough and knowledgeable. They go the extra mile in servicing vehicles. And they have a 2 year warranty!
