Update as of April 2026. I have now used Olin plumbing at least six times in the six years ive owned my house. In addition to the first small jobs, they also installed a tankless hot water heater, a hard water treatment system and just today they repaired an outside spigot that was leaking inside the wall. From the…
The plumber showed up within an hour of calling. The plumber found 2 different issues and fixed them easily without charging. He identified real problem with faucet leak, needs to be replaced. Advised on pricing options and I chose buy my own parts have them installed. I appreciated the honesty.
Okay first, I have to say I love the feature where they text you a picture of the plumber that is coming to your house! I found Anthony and Johnny to be very professional, efficient, and clean! They were both kind and I'm very happy with the work they did! The price was also reasonable for what we had done- a new…

Anthony and Jonny did a great job of communicating what to expect, and along the way as they found and repaired the plumbing.
I can’t say enough great things about Estevan from Olin Plumbing! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right the first time. If you’re looking for a…
There's a reason this one pulls up first in search: they're excellent! Had an inspector for an insurance claim come out, tap here, prod there, and say they can send their guy within a few DAYS when we had a leaking roof inside, from the second floor down to first, or I can call up our own plumber and hash out…
Very satisfied with my first experience with Olin Plumbing. Had a leak inside the concrete wall behind a bathroom vanity. They drilled into the wall, discovered the source of the leak, completed the necessary repairs and cleaned up afterwards, and the price was reasonable given the work and time. Will definitely…
Bob and Sebastian were just great. Polite, respectful, and most importantly they know their stuff!! We had a leak in the kitchen that wasn’t known until water started leaking through the vinyl floor!! They found it, they fixed it. And went to work on the other job(s) we contracted while they were here. If I ever…
Devon and Bobby were excellent and super professional. They detected the source of my leak incredibly quickly despite it being in a very unusual spot (seam between baseboard and tile in bathroom). They were super friendly too!
This company stands behind it's work. I will be using them again. Thank you David and Judy, great service.
I discovered on a Friday night at 8:30 p.m., I had a pipe gushing water. I decided it was to late to call anyone so my neighbor shut the water down at the street. He suggested I call Olin Plumbing, which I did first thing Saturday morning. They were wonderful, scheduling Bob to come out and see what was going on.…
I called Olin Plumbing to help with potential backflow valve issues and John and Ramsey came out the next day and quickly assessed that there was no issue. While they were here, they were kind enough to assess a few other items my wife and I were concerned with, and also provided hints and things to be on the…

My issue happened on a Sunday. Olin Plumbing was the only responsive plumber. The sent John out initially and he was professional and was able to isolate the trouble. The job was a major issue and they returned to do the expansive repair. Bob and John returned to finish the repair. They fixed the issue and actually…
We called Olin Plumbing on a Saturday because we had a leak in our water softener and could not figure out how to fix it ourselves. The Olin team was super responsive and Ruben was out there within the exact window they said he would be. He was very professional and talked us through how he was going to fix it. He…
I called Olin Plumbing at 2 PM with a leak in a wall that separates the dinning room from the garage. By 4 PM Richard and Steve showed up, investigated and found the leak. Due to the location of the water heater in the garage, they had to remove a section of drywall in the dinning room. They provided the necessary…
The gents for Olin came out to my place to fix my awful attempt at plumbing my new kitchen sink. Richard and Steven from Olin were prompt and communicated with us prior to coming, were very open about the pricing and potential work, and even let me make sure my drains lines were clear before charging me to snake…
In one month, we had to call on Olin twice. Both times they responded quickly and professionally. Their technicians were great and I liked that they sent a picture of who they send to your house so you know who to expect. Highly recommend!
A good experience from start to finish. Alex helped me diagnose a hidden leak in the drain arm behind my kitchen sink that was damaging my entire wall and cabinets and then Richard and John fixed it up very professionally. They did everything to code and didn't cut corners when one of the fittings needed wasn't in…
Richard and Steven came out to help repair drip from water heater valve. Also helped to inspect other plumbing areas around the house. They were very efficient, professional, and fair. Would recommend using Olin plumbing.
Richard and John came to our house to diagnose a slow-filling toilet. They demonstrated the utmost professionalism, they were extremely knowledgeable and were able to explain the repairs they recommended. They were exceedingly open and fair. I will use them again and highly recommend them.
We woke up today to discover water seeping onto the floor of one bathroom, and sewage backing-up into the tub and shower of two bathrooms. This was very upsetting. Richard from Olin came to locate the clog. He was very professional & reassuring. Richard quoted a reasonable price and kept us advised during the…
Maurice and his plumbing crew were professional and knowledgeable. I feel he gave a fair price for the amazing and extensive work they needed to do. Definitely would call them again for anything that’s beyond my abilities in the future, and recommend to friends and family!
Richard came out to help find and repair a leak that we were having in the area under our kitchen sink. He did a great job of finding the problems, and installing our new faucet & garbage disposal and replacing a hose to our dish washer. This is the 2nd time we have used Olin Plumbing, and we would use them again…
Richard came out and immediately found the leak and repaired the pipe. He even upgraded some of the surrounding components. Richard was very professional and quick.
