Omega is always fantastic. Prompt service, pet- and kid-safe practices. Will Henderson was our tech and is fantastic, knowledgeable, and has great advice and suggestions. A+++ service.
Great customer service! My technician Angel was delightful. Super informative and friendly. Would highly recommend.
Had ants in the kitchen all the time. Technician Tyree Shacklefoot came out to my house on Bay Farm on time and was pleasant and professional. Thoroughly spayed outside of house at foundation. Found a big nest of ants. Ants are gone.
Informative, experienced, polite, technician, excellent product, service within 24 hours, fast application. Thanks to them.
Had bad ant problem and Angel came out and spent time analyzing the problem and found multiple “ hidden” spots where they were entering the structure and took care of it …she is the best!
Will was very prompt and explained how to keep my home ant free
Charles at Omega is the absolute best. He is part bug guy part therapist. We’ve worked with them for about a year now and they do a great job!
We have relied on Omega for ants and rats over many years. (Haven’t needed help with rats for some time!) I have found the office staff and the pest technicians informative, friendly and responsive. This is a family owned business and I highly recommend them!

Jeff Baerwald Omega serviceman came to my home today. he was professional, kind, and thorough and protecting my home from insects and pests. He asked me if I had any questions and to follow through if I had any concerns. I could tell he had been doing this a long time and would recommend him and the Omega pest company. Thank you For your service.
thank you Angel S.!! 5 star service 🤩
Tyree did a fantastic job, explaining what he was about to do, understanding we had an infant and a dog. Very professional and diligent.
We’ve been very happy with each of the Omega technicians to our house over the years. Today was Tyree’s 2nd visit. He contacted us with an opening in his schedule for an earlier appointment. It worked out very well. He is very professional and friendly. He addressed our concerns. We highly recommend him.
We have worked with Omega in two different homes over the past five years. They are knowledgeable, professional, prompt and reliable. Highly recommended!
Andrew Mitchell is really attentive and consultative. Really understands what he’s doing. Highly recommend!
Punctual, professional, and reasonably priced.
I like that Rodney always arrive on time, courteous and very efficient . He listens to my concerns and does the treatment accordingly . Will definitely use Omega pest control for follow up/maintenance treatments.
We reached out to Omega for an ant infestation and they sent Will out. He was super nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Even my dog who is a tough one to win over loved him. He did the perimeter spray but recommended traps for inside given we had ants coming in through outlets and floor heater grates which means the…
Willie is the best. Very efficient and friendly. We had him come three years ago for ants and hadn’t had any problems until now. As a small world coincidence, he had worked on two of our neighbor’s houses the previous day. Our small block should be ant free now!
Very Prompt and Quick Service. Good communication. The technician Tyree was very informative and explained the process.
Will Henderson is the absolute best in the biz. He texted me his eta and was ON TIME. He is knowledgeable and efficient. Great business with great employees. Cannot recommend more highly.
We just received treatment for ants from Omega for the third time in several years. Rylante was efficient, informative, and friendly. We will use Omega again if needed.
In my 30+ years as a homeowner I've always been able to solve my problems with ant invasions in my house using ant bait from a hardware store. But in 2021 the ants came to my Oakland Hills house and they were not stopped very long by every bait I could buy. They always came back somewhere else in my house, sometimes…
If I could give 0 stars I would. I had this service come to my home, I paid $150 for an initial service just to spray for spiders and ants, Not only did the guy only spray my backyard, I’m still having terrible pest issues! I was asked how do you know that he didn’t spray your whole exterior of the house? (In a very…
