Ken was excellent! Service was great. Communicated well. Explained everything. Cleaned up after job was done. 10/10 would recommend.

Ken was the best! He found where the termites were coming from in my cabinets. Took his time finding, drilling and killing termites. Did a great job treating my attic also. He had the best personality which was greatly appreciated. He also had a great sense of humor too! Would highly recommend Ken and this company OnDemand!!

Bill was very informative, checked everything. Explained everything very clearly. Did not need to tent. Technician arrived on time. Was out within an hour. As senior citizen, in the process of retiring, this was such a welcome relief.

I contacted Chris for treatment of termite. He connected me with Jaime who was fantastic and very clear on the process. The crew that showed up for tenting were efficient and friendly. The final step (attic treatment) was completed by Ken and he was a pleasure to have in my home.

Ray and Dean were great to work with. Ray was very thorough in his investigation of where the dry wood termites might be and Dean really took his time with locating and treating those spots. I feel like the price was fair and their responsiveness and attention to detail was first class.
