Customers consistently praise technicians for punctuality, thoroughness, and clear communication regarding treatment plans and pricing. Recurring themes include professional conduct, such as answering questions and performing extra tasks like cleaning cobwebs or patching holes. However, low-star reviews highlight concerns about ineffective treatments leading to persistent pests, property damage from fumigation, and difficulties with contract terms or billing disputes.

Great pest control company. Definitely recommend.
My technician , johnny is always so helpful and thorough. He even goes out of his way to sweep the cobwebs for my sailing.I'm eighty three years old , and it's not easy for me to do it. I don't ask him to do it. He just volunteers and sprays outside my condo. Also I have no vote problems since they have been servicing my condo.. I highly recommend their service.
