I don't have all the right words to do justice to how wonderful Marcus Auerbach is as a realtor. We needed to relocate to Milwaukee WI from Hinckley IL (aprox hour west of Chicago) and had a very short window of time to do so. We knew nothing of Milwaukee so started our research on potential neighborhoods through searching YouTube. The most useful of those posts were from Marcus. He provides excellent data driven and contextual insights to various neighborhoods all around greater Milwaukee area. We thought, "How crazy would it be to choose a realtor to help our home buy based on YouTube"... and it turns out it wasn't crazy at all but in fact the BEST decision. He connected with us right away and was so thoroughly detailed and supportive through every step of every stage in the home buying process. In Marcus we got exactly what was asked for - a truth telling well informed professional proactively supporting our short timeline and not "selling" us on anything. He's truly a partner through every step. Turns out, he's also a pleasure to spend time with. We wholeheartedly recommend Marcus to anyone and everyone. You honestly can't pick a better realtor.

Marcus is an outstanding real estate agent due to his professionalism, reliability, knowledge, his wonderful personality, and just a great guy to spend time with. He replies promptly to calls, texts, and emails and he was always accommodating and flexible when I requested a tour of houses. Being a single woman, his civil engineering background was key because he would point out issues that I would otherwise not be aware of. When I did find the home of my dreams, I was confident that I made the right choice due to Marcus' expertise. The closing process was very smooth and his assistant Shannon was very organized, responsive and professional too. I highly recommend Marcus and his team!

If you are looking for an agent, MARCUS IS THE ONE. We had such a great experience with Marcus. He is an ocean of knowledge when it comes to real estate. If you are moving to Milwaukee, look no further than Marcus. My interest in real estate grew while I was playing basketball abroad, where I spent a lot of time on the BiggerPockets forums. I found Marcus there and was immediately struck by how his expertise jumped off the page through his posts and community interactions.
When we finally met in person, he met and exceeded every expectation. Marcus brings an analytical, numbers-based approach to the table that is rare to find. He is honest without sugarcoating, which gave us the confidence we needed to make informed decisions in both of our home purchases. Throughout the entire search, he maintained a logical, no-pressure approach, yet the experience felt just like “shopping with a friend.”
We formed a great relationship during the process, and I can honestly say there is nobody I’d rather go through the house-buying process with. In my opinion, he is the best Milwaukee real estate agent out there. I will be recommending Marcus to anyone I find who is in need of the right agent!
