Amazing Business! The owner of One and Done came to my new place and installed my new curtains and fixed a problem I was having. I was offered the best customer service from the beginning and was so pleased with the work. I would welcome this company into my home no questions asked. Completely reliable and professional with a caring disposition and more than fair pricing. You cannot do any better in Contra Costa County and the east bay then One and Done. Thank you for being a Rockstar! 🔥😎💙
Professional and good natured, Loren exceeded our expectations. I had sent him a rough list and he had everything he needed in his truck. Ten minutes early, finished quickly, and was not phased by anything I threw at him. I am SOOOOOO happy to have found him and can easily give him a 5 star review. Actually looking forward to the next time something breaks so I know who to call.
Loren came recommended by my mother-in-law, so I hired him to fix up some things at my house, even though I already had a handyman. I was shocked at how productive he was! The quality was also excellent. Previously, I had hired someone else to fix my gate door that shifts with the seasons, but they were unable to do it to my liking after 4 hours. However, Loren not only went to Home Depot, fixed the gate door, but also fixed my other gate lock, secured and straightened my fence, caulked the flashings around the entire perimeter of the house, made my front door easier to open, cut my railing for easier access to the hot tub, and even walked with me to my rental property to give me advice on another handyman's work. All of this was accomplished in only 7 hours! SEVEN! "One and done" is right! I highly recommend him as a handyman. You'd be a fool not to hire him.

Loren painted an accent wall for me. He showed up on time, had all necessary equipment and did a very professional job, which left me delighted. Loren is very personable and cleaned up immaculatey afterwords. I intend on using him again for my projects!

Loren is the ultimate problem solver for tasks and issues around my house that I either lack the desire or expertise to handle. He possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience, and he's not only friendly but also extremely reliable. In an increasingly challenging service industry landscape, I'm fortunate to have found someone like him, and I no longer need to search for other options. Loren has assisted me with a wide range of tasks, from painting and electrical work to plumbing and home improvements. Recently, he helped me install sun-shades outdoors in 110º weather. While the company goes by the name "One & Done," it could equally be titled "Done well again and again..." due to his consistent delivery of high-quality service.
Completely lacks professionalism. Excuse after excuse of why he’s late/not coming/needs to reschedule. I’m under the impression he never wanted the work and only shows up when he really “needs” a job.

I’m sorry you feel this way. I’m looking back in my records and I don’t see anyone by this name that I have done work for. After reading your review you are saying all of the opposite things of how all of my customers feel. Loren is really One Stop and Done kind of handyman. He’s been coming to my house going on a year now as I keep calling him to do many projects. He’s also very professional and honest. I’m very happy with his services
