One Call Automotive Repair

I've taken my vehicle in a few times and they do great work. Plus my Pop is in his 70s so needless to say he's old school and this is his "go to" shop. That says alot. Great crew, great work.

I had a minor issue that needed some service and they were able to fix it on the spot in less than ten minutes! They are awesome at communicating via texts and calls.

Best vehicle shop around!! They do an amazing job taking care of all our vehicles. They take their time and do a great job! Honest work!

One Call Auto checked my car as it was having a problem starting. They told me it only needed a battery replacement. They did suggest that I get my timing belt replaced since my car had reached 100,000 miles and needed it replaced. They did this for good price and days sooner than other mechanics in the area. I like this place because they are professionals at what they do and are very friendly people.

They went above and beyond servicing my truck! The team even stayed late to make sure everything was taken care of. Exceptional customer service — I highly recommend them!

I swear by One Call Auto, they have integrity and fair pricing and don’t try to upsell services that aren’t needed. In fact, after giving a comprehensive list of services that my vehicles needed they provided priorities on what was most needed so I could choose to defer some services without guilt or pressure. I am so glad I found One Call Auto! The first time I went in they were super honest and sent me home without any repairs and just some good advice on what to do. I feel like it would have been really easy to take advantage of the situation and they didn't. I came back again with a car that needed some attention and… Read full review

One Call has been great to work with. Nobody likes to get their car repaired but when I do have a problem they respond quickly and get the repairs done fast. I’ve used them for the last 5+ years and trust Matt & his team. They’re a local business and I prefer to work with locals.

My previous trusted mechanic retired and I decided to call One Call Automotive Repair based on their Google Reviews and they didn't disappoint! I am very satisfied with their service. I was led to One Call Auto by my boyfriend. They didn't disappoint. They had it back within 36 hours and it was as good as new. Thank you for taking great care of my car!!! And for doing it at a reasonable price!!!

They went above and beyond to get my car to where I needed it to be. Worked quickly, and for a good price. I recommend!

I took my van in to get fixed and diagnosed they never really gave me a direct answer other than take it into a dealer and trade it in and get rid of it so I gave them 1000 bucks for no reason not the best customer service I don’t recommend them

We went to another mechanic and they quoted us a 5k to fix what was needed they quoted us 2,700 and they were good at communicating exactly what they were doing. They are honest and fast.

One Call Auto is awesome! Matt and his staff really take care of you. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend One Call Auto to anyone and everyone!

Matt is one of the best mechanics I have ever been to he is fair and honest. I have been to many mechanics and I don’t trust any of them. he has always treated me fairly and got the job done quickly. They were super helpful! Got me in as soon as they could, and they take great care of their customers

One Call Auto have been my go-to mechanic shop for a couple of years now. I've taken all my cars there for repairs and service. Matt is upfront, fixes what you need, doesn't upsell you or fix what you don't need. They don't use or sell cheap parts either. I feel their pricing is fair, their work is solid and… Read full review

i got my wheel bearing/hub and rear shocks replaced here. i had been taken advantage of at garrin's automotive down the street, so i was nervous that i would get taken advantage of again. but one call auto assured me that they wouldn't charge me for just glancing at my car and wouldn't do things to it without my… Read full review

These guys are great. I had a gas leak that I couldn't track down and they had it sorted quickly. I ordered the part and dropped the truck off and they had it back to me in a day. Great communication, fare pricing and quick turnaround. These guys have won my future business for sure.

Matt and his team are some of the very best mechanics I have met. They don't lead you on wild goose chases at your own expense. His team and their expertise is a steal for the price. If you need auto help, trust him and he'll make your vehicle run right as rain.

Brought my car to One Call Auto at 340PM on a Friday after they closed. My oil light came on and I asked if they could do an oil change. Knowing they had just closed I thought the answer would be no. It was the complete opposite, they said no problem and had in done in less than 15 minutes. This kind of service will… Read full review

They were awesome. I have been looking for a new mechanic. My car had the engine light come on and it was having all kinds of issues. I dropped it off and they had it repaired and back to me by the very next day. It was also very reasonably priced.

This is a fair and honest repair shop with great customer service. Their work is fast and reasonable priced. When I went into my tire guys, I was quoted 680 dollars to fix my car, so I can get an alignment. Fortunately, This shops honesty saved me 400 dollars because they found out I didn't need all the repairs done that were quoted to me.

What a great experience. I was visiting from out of state and ran into some car trouble. They got me in super quick and fixed the issue at a super reasonable rate so I could get home. Loved the back and forth text communication throughout the process. Wish I had them closer to my home for my local automotive needs.

received an estimate for replacing the starter of my 99' convertible and had it towed in. The repair was done same day within hours. I got a call back saying they fixed the starter and the charge was HALF of the original estimate - they offered to give it an oil change and fix a few other things for a great price.… Read full review

I’ve only had good experiences here. The people are smiling, the repairs are timely, and the prices are reasonable. Matt is refreshingly personable; I feel like I’m being treated by a person rather than a business. The office (where I always wait for repairs) has a cute selection of toys, books, and puzzles for my… Read full review

Can not find a better auto shop in the Lehi area. I trust Matt completely with my car.

My experience with One Call Auto was nothing short of amazing. Matt was knowledgeable, responsive, and great to work with. Matt by far is the very best and most honest mechanic I have met and used. I have used Matt for years now. Prices are extremely fair and he is very proficient and quick. And if he can't do the repair, he will send you to the best place to get it done correctly.
