Michael was very kind and thorough when checking what was wrong/going on with our A/C. Unfortunately it wasn’t cooling properly and he double checked everything was working before he left. I appreciate him taking the time to listen to what was going on and addressing the issue from there.

One Hour Air technician Rocky came by today cuz the thermostat had a connection issue. It could not communicate with the system, and it was completely dead.
