Justin was very friendly, informative and didn’t push. Colby helped keep everything organized and prompt.
Jay was very professional. Explained everything in a way we could understand. Great service
Yoany was very easy to work with, friendly, and asked plenty of questions to make sure he understood our issue before jumping into the AC unit. He efficiently inspected the unit and diagnosed the issue, and offered solutions. We are thankful that our unit was under warranty, so the price was great.
Zach was absolutely amazing. I was worried that there was going to be another problem with my AC and I was nervous. My kitchen and dining area didn't have air flow after my new unit was installed. Come to find out it was an error on the home builders part and Zach was a rockstar and corrected the mistake for them.…
I was at work Stacey said he was professional and keep her informed and called me to let me know what was needed. Would definitely use the company again.
Our technician, Eduardo, and his co-worker were was very nice and thorough, and wonderful at explaining how they resolved the issue. Great experience!
I have never left anyone a review good nor bad but this guy is by far the best. Came for a simple blower motor not grounded, left me feeling great about the promotions they were having for my new have system that I (knew I might need). He was so respectable and knowledgeable on their equipment dos and donts but…
Michael was very kind and thorough when checking what was wrong/going on with our A/C. Unfortunately it wasn’t cooling properly and he double checked everything was working before he left. I appreciate him taking the time to listen to what was going on and addressing the issue from there.
Our AC tech Jay Bettis did a great job of changing out some broken parts that were causing our system to not run.Worked Very hard and quick and courteous, well done.
Jay Betts is an angel!!! He is an example of professionalism and first class customer service’ We struggled with getting our air to work for 5 days. He went over and beyond to get our air conditioner working. He got it working on the first trip out but then it went out again. I called into the office and also spoke…

He was great! Super nice guy! Very knowledgeable and very professional. Very pleased with the job.
Great experience with One Hour Air.
Cody was an excellent technician, found my problem in 5 minutes and fixed it! One Hour is an amazing group to work with, especially if you sign up for their Maintenance program. As a maintenance program member, I called for service at 1:30 and Cody arrived at 4pm!! This is so much better than calling the warranty…
My technician Robert is the epitome of not all hero’s wear cape! When no one else could figure out the problem, Robert came in and saved the day! Absolutely knowledgeable and didn’t give up until he solved the problem! He will always be our families hometown hero! Thank you Robert for saving me from the heat and…
Mr. Barrow was very pleasant and professional. I appreciated him being direct about our A/C issue and offering a plan to get it fixed. I also appreciated the fact that One Hour had technicians available late in the day and evening for service calls, like Mr. Barrow. In the heat of Texas, that’s huge! In addition, my…

Terry was great. We were stuck in 90 degrees when our AC broke. He diagnosed the problem quickly, gave us options, and he was transparent with pricing and gave great advice. We were without AC at 5pm and by 7pm we had the AC running. Highly recommend!

Justin was very professional and did a great job. This is the second time using them this summer and they'll be my first call from now on. Great company with great employees and they understand what great customer service is. Very pleased with the service I've received.
Super responsive during a very busy time. These guys were willing to move around their schedule to deal with my emergency. Technician was knowledgeable and thorough and even helped me go through repair vs replace options.
I needed a new capacitor for my A/C. I knew this from my own diagnosis, and the technician confirmed that I was correct. I was then charged over $430 for a $10 capacitor. It’s soul crushing to experience greed like this. Maybe you will have a better experience. Good luck.
Quality service professionals and friendly
I have been using this company for almost a year. If I could give ZERO stars I would. We have to get a tech out here very month to “Fix” a brand new system that we payed 26k for. Yes we overpaid. Oh well it’s past that. The fact that every time the weather changes I have to call them to get this system working is…
Justin is always very informative and professional. Highly recommend!
Our heat pump quit because of high line pressure. Problem was quickly repaired and right before a cold front.
Wiley did a good and quick checking on the heater unit and gave honest advices. Love the service!
Justin did a great job fixing another companies mistake. Even though it was late at night for the repair call, he was very friendly and reliable. Knowledgeable about HVAC and made sure I was comfortable with the repair before leaving.
The techs came to fix an issue that didn't pass inspection twice. Hopefully it is fixed.
Very happy with the service I received. I will recommend to all!
Mike was Amazing. He explained things and made sure I was aware of the work he was doing.
Called in at 8:15, had a guy at my house by 9. He let me know what was wrong in plain terms and was able to get my AC to a working state in no time. Left no mess and was very friendly!
Excellent company! Needed them on the weekend and Mike Bell came out. Super nice guy with great repair skills. Replaced the dead capacitor and we have cool air!! Yes!! I do recommend this company and Mike!
Mike Bell , the technician arrived at my home timely. He was courteous and respected my house by putting on shoe covers and face mask to ensure my safety from Covid virus. He listened to my concerns about how my A/C unit was functioning. He did some troubleshooting and discovered the problem with the A/C unit. He…
A/C service/diagnosis
All of the people were very professional. Mike did a great job of explaining our options.
Absolute professionalism from all employees involved. Our AC melted down, had a repair tech the next day who diagnosed the issue (it was completely shot), and we had a brand new system installed by 11 am the next day and the house was cooling.
Mike found the problem and gave us a solution. Very happy with his help.
When my AC died during 100+ heat, every other company i tried wouldn't answer the phone or be able to come out for several days. One Hour Air got someone out to me at 10pm, and my system was being replaced by the next morning. I really appreciate how quickly they were able to get out to me and get things fixed so my…
Mike’s professionalism, attention to detail and service was phenomenal. Will 10 out of 10 request him every time.

Great service, great staff, caring and concerned management. You couldn't ask for a better company.
Mike was so professional quick and knowledgeable he didn’t ask for unnecessary charges my experience in this kind of service most tech come and tell you unnecessarily expense but this company really honest and very reliable he fixed my a/c @ 12 o’clock midnight without any after hours charges definitely recommend 😊😊😊😊😊
I appreciated Justin's attention to detail.

Fantastic service!
This is the second time I have used this company. Both times they where on time fast, friendly and got my system up and running. Cody did a great job troubleshooting the issue and double checking the HVAC system. Then took his time to explain what he found. Best in Fort Worth in my opinion.
Justin did a great job. by replacing a defective part that caused our AC not to cool.
