Michael was very kind and thorough when checking what was wrong/going on with our A/C. Unfortunately it wasn’t cooling properly and he double checked everything was working before he left. I appreciate him taking the time to listen to what was going on and addressing the issue from there.

Super responsive during a very busy time. These guys were willing to move around their schedule to deal with my emergency. Technician was knowledgeable and thorough and even helped me go through repair vs replace options.
I needed a new capacitor for my A/C. I knew this from my own diagnosis, and the technician confirmed that I was correct. I was then charged over $430 for a $10 capacitor. It’s soul crushing to experience greed like this. Maybe you will have a better experience. Good luck.

All of the people were very professional. Mike did a great job of explaining our options.
Absolute professionalism from all employees involved. Our AC melted down, had a repair tech the next day who diagnosed the issue (it was completely shot), and we had a brand new system installed by 11 am the next day and the house was cooling.

This is the second time I have used this company. Both times they where on time fast, friendly and got my system up and running. Cody did a great job troubleshooting the issue and double checking the HVAC system. Then took his time to explain what he found. Best in Fort Worth in my opinion.

Justin was incredibly friendly and professional. He came out after 9:00pm on an emergency call in August to fix our AC. I was worried about my two kids under 3 going to bed without AC in the Texas summer heat and One Hour accommodated us quick and Justin had our AC blowing cold again within an hour. He was great with our kids too.
