Good service, very friendly
I have never left anyone a review good nor bad but this guy is by far the best. Came for a simple blower motor not grounded, left me feeling great about the promotions they were having for my new have system that I (knew I might need). He was so respectable and knowledgeable on their equipment dos and donts but…
Mr Barras did a great job explaining the situation and the state of the system that he observed. He explained my options and described what the cost of the procedure would be (for vent cleaning my house). I was very happy with my interaction with the company and Mr Barras specifically- I will definitely consider them strongly for this job.
Jay was great. He came in late last night and got me running and came back early this afternoon and replaced the part that needed replacing. Thank you so much!
Very kind and good at explaining the process and how to keep up with things. Great team of people. Very respectful in my home
Technicians very professional and friendly and polite. They did a very thorough job in cleaning the ducts/vents, also in cleaning blower wheel and coils. They were very thorough in cleaning up afterwards. We appreciate their hard work, attention to detail and thoroughness. Thank You.
Quality service professionals and friendly
The service was exceptional 👏
Excellent work and very expedient.
Our heat pump quit because of high line pressure. Problem was quickly repaired and right before a cold front.
My husband and I extremely impressed by the professionalism, knowledge and customer service we experienced during our vent cleaning yesterday. The technicians went above and beyond in every aspect of the service and we can’t say THANK YOU enough!
I love One Hour Air Conditioning &Heating. Brandon, Victor and their crews were very professional and worked very hard and long doing a complete hvac replacement. Our attic is very small so the wotk was very challenging . I couldn't be happier with the results! I can t wait to see the difference in the quality of our air and our lower utility bills!
Every time we use One Hour they are super communicative. Phone call/text to book appointment. I personally love the text option as I never have to worry about missing a phone call from an unknown number. They send a picture of your technician along with a link to learn more about them before they show up. The techs…
Easy to get ahold of and have someone come on out. Wiley was great to work with and took the time to educate us on how to maintain our hvac unit. Over all great experience!
