My bath tub drain was stopped up. Being as the. aC drains down the wall & into the bath tub drain, they poured my drano down the drain & plunged it! Within 30 minuets it drained it! Happy camper!!!
Jay was the technician that came for my assistance. He was one of few amazing technicians i have worked with. He was empathetic and explained things amazingly. He was able to pin point issue in 15-30 mins and i whole heartedly felt that he actually wants to help people.
