They came out same day. Jay was fantastic and so kind for coming out in the middle of the night to help diagnose the problem. He helped us get a new unit and get the install scheduled for the next morning. Less than 24 hours from when out AC went out, we were back cooling down again. Thank you to the whole team.
Zach was absolutely amazing. I was worried that there was going to be another problem with my AC and I was nervous. My kitchen and dining area didn't have air flow after my new unit was installed. Come to find out it was an error on the home builders part and Zach was a rockstar and corrected the mistake for them.…
We had family coming over for a holiday gathering. The late afternoon before the holiday, our AC stopped working. I called One Hour and Michael Bell came out that same evening. Mr. Bell accessed our problem and explained why we needed an entirely new HVAC system. He was very knowledgeable and helped us through…
I have never left anyone a review good nor bad but this guy is by far the best. Came for a simple blower motor not grounded, left me feeling great about the promotions they were having for my new have system that I (knew I might need). He was so respectable and knowledgeable on their equipment dos and donts but…
We came home from vacation and our AC was dead. Jay came out at 1:00am to diagnose our system. We needed an entire new system, which didn’t surprise us. They had us all set in the afternoon. Highly recommend.
Brandon and crew did a great job on installing/replacing our HVAC in Plano, TX. On time and very professional. Fair price and unit was made in Texas!
They were great! On time, very nice and got the job done!
Jay was great. He came in late last night and got me running and came back early this afternoon and replaced the part that needed replacing. Thank you so much!
One Hour Air is great! Definitely recommend
Michael was very knowledgeable and professional today. He went into depth of what we had and did not have. He explained everything thoroughly and answered every question we had. All above the men who have come very polite and helpful
Michael was amazing!!! He didn’t try to upsell us on anything or give us more than what we needed. It was a very great experience that allowed us to make a big purchase without feeling any kind of regrets whatsoever. Great guy and me and my wife wish him the best
Michael Suarez was extremely professional, took his time, was extremely knowledgeable in his field and helped explain the process. Pricing was very reasonable and the service time and flexibility was perfect! I would definitely recommend One Hour Air to everyone I know. Thanks!
Efrain and his install partner were on time, professional and knowledgeable throughout our installation process. From our original service call to the final decision to purchase a new ac system and installation, One Hour was AMAZING!! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work!!
Could not have asked for a better professional person to install my hvac system
Everyone I dealt with was very personable and professional. They were willing to work with me at every turn. I am so happy that I called 1 hour Air!
Zac was professional and gave us enough information to make an informed decision about our purchase. There was no pressure, which I appreciate.
Mike was very professional and helpful! He was fast once the part came in to make repairs!
So far my new ac unit and furnace are working fine but I had also asked them to put a new vent in our laundry room but because our crawl space was small I felt like he didn't want to go through the trouble of installing it and just told me "there wasn't enough room" I gonna get a second opinion and probably won't…
This is my 2nd unit bought from One Hour Michael was very knowledgeable, proficient and very detailed in quoting my offer. I have one unit already installed by One Air so when my unit went out I knew I would be using them again. Very satisfied customer
Loved my experience! Have already recommended them to everyone!

Quality service professionals and friendly
Victor & team were friendly, efficient & informative. I highly recommend their services. They replaced entire HVAC unit in our home at the best price & best warranty.
I have been using this company for almost a year. If I could give ZERO stars I would. We have to get a tech out here very month to “Fix” a brand new system that we payed 26k for. Yes we overpaid. Oh well it’s past that. The fact that every time the weather changes I have to call them to get this system working is…
These guys were incredible and hard working. They installed a whole new system for us and were so professional. These people really know what they are doing and do a great job at it!! They also made sure to explain everything they did in detail. It was very comforting.
Our heat pump quit because of high line pressure. Problem was quickly repaired and right before a cold front.
Everyone I dealt with was very professional, highly skilled, and committed to correct installation meeting all code requirements. Zac Salgado came and inspected my existing systems (13 years old and a typical builders model) and didn't oversell but did show all possible options..Hector and Wesley (service…
I am very happy with One Hour AC & Heating. The installation techs did a great job and were both very professional.
Very nice looking installation
Michael was incredible! Nicest guy you'll ever meet. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and talked through every option with me and my husband. He explained everything clearly and concise. I couldn't be happier with the decision we made to buy a whole brand new AC unit. This company is very impressive. The guarantees…
Victor and Junior were the very best. They treated my home with respect and did a wonderful job on the installation. I will recommend One Hour air-conditioning and heating to everyone I know. To put it bluntly, these guys are fantastic!! Verne Epps, lifetime customer.
Justin who serviced us was awesome. Super Friendly and respectful and was overall a good worker and person. Kids also loved him. Ask for Justin when calling for service.
Absolute professionalism from all employees involved. Our AC melted down, had a repair tech the next day who diagnosed the issue (it was completely shot), and we had a brand new system installed by 11 am the next day and the house was cooling.
The father and Son team where fantastic, I would recommend your company to all my friend's

We've been customers of One Hour for a few years now and we're very happy with the service we've received from them. The times that they've come to service or repair our A/C and heating units, they always acted professionally and answered our questions in a helpful and professional manner. Highly recommended.
Michael was very professional, almost acted like he didn't work for the company but for me. He got a great deal on my system, and service plan. He was very honest and listened to what I wanted, and made sure it was in my best interest and made it happen, with his team and expert knowledge and experience. I would…
Phenomenal experience and same day installation of two systems for my home. The initial visit with Brandon and the install crew with Salvador and his team was efficient, fast, and informative. Competitive price and great experience overall.
Zak did good job explaining all the options of new systems, so I made easy decision. He is very helpful, patient, and kind. I gave him 5+ stars.
Michael was super friendly, professional, and informative. He really explained everything so well. Thank you to One Hour Air!
One Hour Air put installed our hvac three years ago. Since then we have been on the maintenance program. I do not normally choose to partake in extra warranties, maintenance programs, etc, but I’m so glad we did with this. Hvac systems are so expensive and pretty necessary, so having the crew at One Hour Air look…
Home Advisor gave me 4 companies. One Hour called right away and offered to come by right away. Another company called to make an appointment for the next day. Others were slower. They came through with a great offer. The guarantees were I'm p restive. They installed everything the next day!
Jay the technician that came out today was extremely thorough on his check of my equipment. I usually see what the techs are doing and the previous techs did not do as good as of job as Jay
They were professional, friendly and life savers.
Cody, Zac, Victor and Hector where all very professional. I felt like they really cared about my family. Each interaction with the techs and Zac was informative and they kept their word. Zac even brought a portable unit out for my 91 year old dad; installation of the units began the next morning. I felt Cody was…

Great experience. Techs Brian Atkins and Chris were Awesome!! ..one of your installers is Colombian...my wife is from there... It started to rain heavy so I gave the guys a 10x10 canopy..no need for them to get wet and sick....they helped my wife remove the window unit....and cleaned the ducting...and they are…
It’s hard to get good AC in the wild Wild West. Thank Jesus for Cody “I’ll be your huckle baker”. My outside unit was pistol whipped in less than an hour and a 1/2. I looked like someone had just walked over my grave when he spun his 5/16 through his fingers and swiftly plunged it into his tool belt. With a wink and…
