Great service, responsiveness.
I was at work Stacey said he was professional and keep her informed and called me to let me know what was needed. Would definitely use the company again.
They were fast, courteous and reliable. I had 2 units down at my business and they were able to be out the same day and had the parts needed to resurrect my old units. They also presented an upgrade quote that was very competitive.
Jay was very reliable, had great communication, extremely knowledgeable, and excellent bedside manner. Highly recommend!
Jay was great. He came in late last night and got me running and came back early this afternoon and replaced the part that needed replacing. Thank you so much!
So very grateful for the expertise of the people who come and take care of my AC and Heater. Bravo. 5 stars Justin did a fantastic professional job on my house today.
Justin Sulak was my service tech today and I will request him on all future services. Great young man, and excellent demeanor and a standup individual, definitely an asset to your business. Your company and the service provided are consistently top notch, from the girls on the phone to the guys that come to the house. Excellent company to do business with!
I have been using this company for almost a year. If I could give ZERO stars I would. We have to get a tech out here very month to “Fix” a brand new system that we payed 26k for. Yes we overpaid. Oh well it’s past that. The fact that every time the weather changes I have to call them to get this system working is…
Excellent AC repair! Literally One Hour! Don’t wait, even on weekends. These guys act fast. Great customer service. Mike, our technician was excellent and got us cooled off in no time. Highly recommend!
Our heat pump quit because of high line pressure. Problem was quickly repaired and right before a cold front.
Mike repaired the heater fan and adjusted the system
Called in at 8:15, had a guy at my house by 9. He let me know what was wrong in plain terms and was able to get my AC to a working state in no time. Left no mess and was very friendly!
He was very nice and transparent on our situation. Couldn’t ask for more communication.
Justin who serviced us was awesome. Super Friendly and respectful and was overall a good worker and person. Kids also loved him. Ask for Justin when calling for service.
Cody was great! Took time to inspect issue and made good recommendations. Fair on price also.
This is the second time I have used this company. Both times they where on time fast, friendly and got my system up and running. Cody did a great job troubleshooting the issue and double checking the HVAC system. Then took his time to explain what he found. Best in Fort Worth in my opinion.
Justin did a great job. by replacing a defective part that caused our AC not to cool.
Not many places to call late on a hot summer night when the AC goes down. Scary stuff. One Hour was there and arranged to get my AC back next day (also hot). It didn’t take long to define and fix the problem. Communication was good each and every step - both what he was doing and cost implications. Professional…
Bradley came earlier than 515pm and found and fixed the problem quickly. It was aelted wire on the compressor so an easy fix though like all things A/C a bit pricey but he was able to fix it and I'm now getting cool air into my house I was sitting in 82 degrees but in Texas we will be around a high of 97 not…
Every time we use One Hour they are super communicative. Phone call/text to book appointment. I personally love the text option as I never have to worry about missing a phone call from an unknown number. They send a picture of your technician along with a link to learn more about them before they show up. The techs…
Jay was professional and thorough. He explained the repair. Excellent in every way.
Brad came back to work on the heating unit and correct the problem missed early, he even tried to go beyond and get a part from home depot to fix the problem, the next mornining his supervisor called to make things right and make sure we were satisfied customers. Both went are god representatives for the company
James was awesome and Shelbi was super responsive to all my questions about scheduling! James came out, diagnosed our problem, and fixed it right then & there. He even gave us pointers on how to make our AC run more efficiently and little maintenance/upkeep things to do to extend the life of our AC unit.
James did a wonderful job. Had it getting cold in no time. I will be a regular customer. He told me things I would never have thought of. He came out at 11 pm which most companies wouldn't even think about doing.
Start capacitor was bad. I provided them details of my diagnosis as well as part numbers. This helped them arrive with the part. Most repair company’s don’t listen they did and we were up and running with cool air before bed time excellent response
After a negative experience yesterday, Company management worked around the clock to deliver positive results today. Thanks to Matt and Cody we are operating today.
We had a late night AC issue and Wiley showed up earlier than expected with a smile and great sense of humor. He is knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. He got the job done quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend him!
It’s hard to get good AC in the wild Wild West. Thank Jesus for Cody “I’ll be your huckle baker”. My outside unit was pistol whipped in less than an hour and a 1/2. I looked like someone had just walked over my grave when he spun his 5/16 through his fingers and swiftly plunged it into his tool belt. With a wink and…
This company is the one to call if you AC problems. No matter what time it is they will come to the rescue.
Excellent service after hours. Highly response and professional. Would definitely recommend them.
Wiley was outstanding. Explained everything he was doing as he was doing it. Showed his expertise. Best of all got me up and running within 30 minutes.
