They were fast, courteous and reliable. I had 2 units down at my business and they were able to be out the same day and had the parts needed to resurrect my old units. They also presented an upgrade quote that was very competitive.
Jay was very reliable, had great communication, extremely knowledgeable, and excellent bedside manner. Highly recommend!

Excellent AC repair! Literally One Hour! Don’t wait, even on weekends. These guys act fast. Great customer service. Mike, our technician was excellent and got us cooled off in no time. Highly recommend!
Our heat pump quit because of high line pressure. Problem was quickly repaired and right before a cold front.
Mike repaired the heater fan and adjusted the system
Called in at 8:15, had a guy at my house by 9. He let me know what was wrong in plain terms and was able to get my AC to a working state in no time. Left no mess and was very friendly!

This is the second time I have used this company. Both times they where on time fast, friendly and got my system up and running. Cody did a great job troubleshooting the issue and double checking the HVAC system. Then took his time to explain what he found. Best in Fort Worth in my opinion.

Bradley came earlier than 515pm and found and fixed the problem quickly. Every time we use One Hour they are super communicative. Phone call/text to book appointment. I personally love the text option as I never have to worry about missing a phone call from an unknown number. Brad came back to work on the heating unit and correct the problem missed early, he even tried to go beyond and get a part from home depot to fix the problem, the next mornining his supervisor called to make things right and make sure we were satisfied customers. Both went are god representatives for the company
James was awesome and Shelbi was super responsive to all my questions about scheduling! James came out, diagnosed our problem, and fixed it right then & there. He even gave us pointers on how to make our AC run more efficiently and little maintenance/upkeep things to do to extend the life of our AC unit.
James did a wonderful job. Had it getting cold in no time. I will be a regular customer. He told me things I would never have thought of. He came out at 11 pm which most companies wouldn't even think about doing.
Start capacitor was bad. I provided them details of my diagnosis as well as part numbers. This helped them arrive with the part. Most repair company’s don’t listen they did and we were up and running with cool air before bed time excellent response
